10/10 — An Exceptional Stay!We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this property a 10/10! The decor was beautifully done, and the suite was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable, comfortable, and restful stay.It’s obvious that Jenn and Brent genuinely enjoy hosting. The many thoughtful personal touches throughout the suite made us feel especially welcome and showed how much care they put into creating a wonderful experience for their guests. They were also extremely responsive and made everything so easy. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free.And the view was incredible! The beautiful mountain scenery was truly breathtaking. It would be easy to spend hours simply sitting and taking in the view.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would look forward to booking again the next time we’re in the Colorado Springs area. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay

Host is very accommodating and response very quickly. Home is everything we needed and more. We loved our stay there and location is close to everything!!! Will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

Weekend near Pikes Peak

Amazing view of the mountains, especially Pike’s Peak. Great lodging and enjoyed our stay; French press coffee pot was really nice touch.

Great stay and great hosts

The hosts have thought of everything. There is a well stocked kitchen, toys and games, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We loved the gorgeous view of Pike’s Peak off the back patio. The unit was clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend staying here!

Beautiful view of Pikes Peak. Path to condo may be an issue for some. It is cold in the unit but they provide throws to snuggle in!!

Nice place to relax

Great view, it looked like they were doing some work outside the house, so a little messy with screws and things but not a big deal. The rental was very clean and spacious. We would stay again.

Super Cute with a Great View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay there again in the future if we head to Colorado Springs again. It felt very cozy and comfortable, and we loved that they had king-size beds in both bedrooms. The view was amazing, and we loved the covered patio where we could enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend!

Amazing

We had the GREATEST experience! They were absolutely amazing our kids got to meet their kids and dog. They looked forward to seeing the kids and dog any time we were at the house. We will definitely book again. Thank you for such great hospitality!

First time visit

Came to visit adult son stationed in Colorado with the army. Had never been before and were looking forward to the experience. The view did not disappoint! Coming from the east coast, we were in awe of the mountains!

Beautiful, spacious place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, beautiful and very spacious. It had every thing we needed and more, including ice cubes chilling in the freezer a Brita (water) pitcher in the fridge! They even had a few toys and games for the kids. I thought those were all very thoughtful. The view of Pike’s Peak was a plus! It was nice eating meals with a nice view of the mountains. We highly recommend this place, excellent hosts!

Fantastic home base for exploring

This property was perfect for our family of 3 during our trip to Colorado Springs. The space is beautiful, clean, & has everything you could possibly need. The owners are so nice & responsive to any questions. We spent much of our time exploring the area, but enjoyed our evenings grilling on the patio, playing games, & enjoying the spectacular view of Pike’s Peak. It was hard to say goodbye!

Amazing stay with an even better view!

This property was so beautiful! It was so nice to come home from a long day of hiking and to relax in such a warm and welcoming place. Everything that we needed for cooking was right there, too, which was very nice. The window in the dining area was amazing to look out as we were eating dinner. The patio area was also a great feature to sit at and enjoy our morning coffee. If ever in the area, we will most definitely be coming back to this location. Even on a rainy day, the host was easy and quick to get in touch with for recommendations of what to do. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing!

The view of the mountains is amazing! The owners provided complimentary coffee and tea packets which was awesome to make and enjoy the scenery from the kitchen in the morning. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans/utensils/wine opener etc. Everything was clean and exactly as described. This place is super cozy, a nice place to relax after hiking and other activities. Also love the way it is decorated :). If I get the chance to visit Colorado Springs again, I will definitely try to stay here!

The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). They provide ear plugs which is a nice touch because if you are a light sleeper and sleep longer than 7.30am, just like in an apartment, you will hear people walking above you. Definitely not a deal breaker, but just something to plan for if you are a light sleeper. The welcome book gave great suggestions as we tried a couple of them. And check in and check out were a breeze. This was a GREAT place to stay and if we ever find ourselves back in Colorado Springs I would book again! If all else just to see that view!

A lovely visit

We stayed in this basement apartment for 4 nights. It was just as advertised. Clean and neat, plenty of space for 2 people. Beautiful view of the mountains. Most mornings, we took an hour to walk from the apartment to Pulpit Rock Park. We didn't make it to the top with only an hour, but it was a great way to start the day. Be sure to wear the right shoes, because it gets a little steep and slippery quickly! As stated in the listing, we did hear the occasional sounds of little children running around upstairs. This was never a problem for us because it was only in the day from time to time, and never when we were trying to sleep. The owners were quickly responsive to a vrbo email whenever we had questions. Good advice on area hiking trails. Close to grocery store and many sights of Colorado Springs. Would definitely stay here again, if we are ever in the area.

Early birds

The home is very cozy, cleanly and organized when you come in. Beautiful views from the patio and not very far from anywhere you would need to go in colorado springs. As stated in the description they talk about a little noise, the noise is a lot more than a little! Vacuuming upstairs would start at 630 am every morning and throughout the day if we were home it sounded like a WWE wrestling match with a whole arena upstairs from their children banging on the ground so much. From noon to 8pm every night was very very loud so if you stay here i would recommend having a lot of set plans to never be home. Other than that the host was very accommodating with anything we need and overall we thought the place other than the noise wasn’t to bad. I would just be aware it’s more than what seemed described to me before booking. I would put “NOISE ALL DAY FROM CHILDREN DONT BE HERE DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS.” There is no oven but laundry machines thankfully with laundry detergent so that was nice.

I'm not sure if your clock was set to a different time zone but we would never run the vacuum at 6:30AM, however I do wish we were that consistent with vacuuming our upstairs living space! Yes, as stated in the listing we have two young boys that occasionally run from one room to the other but we are mindful when guests are staying to keep most of their play upstairs on the third level. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We wish you would have reached out to us to express your concerns while you were staying as we do truly care about our guests' experience. We will continue to work towards making every stay an incredible experience here in Colorado Springs.

This place had the best view out the main window! We really enjoyed the king sized beds and they were so comfortable! It was nice to have laundry on site. The house was clean and well decorated. We spent days hiking the Manitou Incline which was a 22 min drive. We hiked Barr Trail almost daily. We also drove 2 hours and climbed Mt. Bierstadt one day. Pikes Peak is right there and we will one day conquer that one but not this time due to weather. Thanks for a comfortable stay after long, physically taxing days!
