We had a wonderful time at this property. Check-in was easy (but be sure to print your parking pass ahead of time if you will arrive after their office closes). The layout and furniture were extremely inviting and made us feel right at home. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked and organized. Having onsite laundry was a huge perk. There was also a large cabinet of games and puzzles, and some lovely books featuring stories and beautiful photos of Mammoth and it's history. We had an amazing time and would stay here again. A safety note for families with small children: this property has a balcony with vertical railings spaced farther apart than the standard 4 inches (they were closer to 6 inches) and a beautiful, but very tall/large/heavy grandfather clock that was not secured/anchored to the wall.

Everything was excellent, the property was great, fully equipped kitchen, heating system was excellent and all bedrooms and bathrooms in great conditions. The location is 10 minutes walk to Canyon Lodge, and there is bus stop right outside the property that runs every fiftten minutes and takes you to the village and canyon lodge in 10-15 minutes.

Great place

The property was very clean, and seems to have been recently renovated. Having underground parking was a huge plus. The location was great, about a 10 minute walk to Canyon and a shuttle stop right outside our door. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. The only issue would be parking. We brought mountain bikes therefore had to bring a truck and could barely fit in the parking structure and there is no additional street parking.

Great condo near Canyon lodge

We loved our little home away from home for the week. Excellent lay out and well outfitted for a winter vacation. The boot heaters were our favorite. The "hottub/spa" amenities are so-so, but they had a bazillion feet of snow, so that's life sometimes.

Great condo in a good location

We enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment is that the tightness of the parking structure made it difficult to park our truck in our designated space. But since it was summer, it was easy to park on the street.

Comfortable, well located condo

Felt like staying at a friend’s place. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a number of other nice touches. Sort of at the opposite end of the spectrum from the typical ski condo with a single pan for cooking and a salt and pepper shaker. Well located, too, in the part of the complex closest to Canyon. Walking distance. I’d stay there again.

Amazing Property

This place is awesome! Comfortable beds, boot warmers, washer and dryer and heated toilet seats! No complaints except you have to walk farther to a jacuzzi. Kitchen was well stocked. Bunk beds would only be good for kids. Not super sturdy!

we witnessed Mammoth break the all time snow record. lots of snow piled up everywhere. our driveway was cleared during our stay. jacuzzi's cleared too. great location near Canyon Lodge. updated kitchen was nice. tight on space for 2 families.

Very nice place (not really walking distance to Canyon)

Overall really nice place to stay. Very well furnished with tons of cookware, dinnerware, humidifier, even a glove dryer. Was surprised how long a walk to Canyon it was though. I ended up driving my kids up the hill and dropping them off with our gear, then driving back and walking back up myself. No way we could have made the walk in boots carrying gear.

We want to thank the owners for a few things: 1. The kitchen is stocked perfectly. We love to cook for our family. The pots and pans and utensils are good quality and easy to find. The kitchen is new and clean. (Please note: we used your zip locks to make sandwiches and did not have a chance to replace them) 2. The hang out areas are comfy, board games and puzzles, great! 3. Awesome location with comfortable, well stocked place.

Stayed with another family, 4 kids in total, all less than 5yo. The place was superbly well stocked with kitchen utensils, fuel for the pellet furnace/fireplace, heaters, humidifiers, and games. And although its on the first floor, its a little elevated and doesn't feel like your on the street. A person walking by couldn't peer in. Although the shuttle stop out front is for the shuttle returning to the village before heading up to the lifts, you'll be glad for it on busy days as the shuttle was always empty when picking us up and frequently too full to accept additional passengers from the village or places along the route between the village and Canyon lodge. Our one nitpick was that one of bathrooms could have been cleaner, some strands of hair were lying around. We though would totally stay again.

It was a great location and the cleanness, wasn’t much communication but all my answers were answered and had a great overall experience, considering we had a large group, everyone came out satisfied

Great location

We had a great time. Easy walk to canyon. Very clean and cozy place for a family of 7.
