In this newly constructed condo you will find 2 floors with seperate bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. Perfect to vacation together and yet have your own privacy when you need it. Two patios to enjoy the outdoors, one smaller patio located in the front to enjoy people watching while a much larger patio with additional seating, dinning and grilling options available to you. Bathrooms include their own walk-in tiled showers and ample space. You will also find onsite private laundry with in your unit. Less than 5 minute walk to the Boatslip and less than 10 minutes to the center on Commercial Street where you can find dinning options, entertainment and shopping. (Rental Certificate # BOH-23-145)

The property is lovely, well appointed home and you can tell the hosts but the hosts are very house proud. The art work was amazing. What stood out the most though were the attentive hosts. Made sure we were looked after and informed. Would definitely stay there again if they would have me.

Palm Springs Visitors

Thank goodness it had its own septic system given the unexpected two-day catastrophic sewer emergency in town. Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything. Excellent and responsive owners made it a great week. We will be back!

Stylish oasis, close to everything

This is an incredible property with great decor. You feel like you are staying in a home, which is a bonus. The outdoor space is also expansive and private, which was nice to come back to and relax. The hosts were also kind enough to allow us to store our bags when our ferry time didn't align with check-out.

Amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was immaculate and was even larger than expected. The owner regularly communicated with us before and during the stay. We felt very welcome upon arrival. We can't wait to go back!

Sophisticated and Charming Residence

We stayed for a week at this lovely residence that is perfectly appointed with designer decor furniture and art. Very comfortable and functional and so close to everything. The master bedroom is wonderfully quiet for a great night of sleep. The building is almost brand new with Nice bathrooms and a well designed layout. The outdoor space is really nice and private. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and well-appointed condo

The newly-renovated condo was tastefully decorated with original art by local artists. Nicely decorated and very clean. It has a beautiful private garden area with a bbq, dining table, and comfortable seating area. While the 2 bedrooms are both lovely, it has to be noted that the master bedroom on the lower level is much larger than the 2nd bedroom on the main level. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
