Great location, great place!

Four of us very much enjoyed our stay at Patrick's townhome! The two-bedroom property is well-located in the west end of Provincetown, across the street from Victors and Gale Force Bikes, and a short walk to Sal's, Perry's and into town. The house has a lovely patio with a fire pit and we enjoyed wine, charcuterie and the water view with friends on the balcony on the third floor. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, living area cozy (the fireplace came in handy on a chilly, rainy day), and kitchen had everything we need. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful vacation

I've been visiting Provincetown since the 90's and have stayed in all kinds of motels, hotels, inns and rentals. This was my first time at this location and is now one of my absolute favorites. The location is perfect, the views are beautiful and the condo is spacious with plenty of spaces to relax, outside and inside. The unit was super clean and the hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Beautifully sited condo

We really enjoyed being able to see both the sunrise and distant sunset from this condo. The corner lot can get a little bit noisy in the morning with traffic, but otherwise we think it was a good choice.

Great location and unit.

Beautiful, clean and great location in Ptown. We loved our stay here. The outdoor space is fantastic and perfect for coffee in the AM and cocktails in the evening. Highly recommend.

Even better this year

Stayed here last year, so we already knew how great it was. But the new sofa and chair in the living room surprised us, and gave the place an even more upscale feel. Everything has been wonderfully maintained or upgraded over the years. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A Great Find In Ptown!

Great West End location! Very quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, happy hour at The Red Inn, Tea Dance, going to the beaches every day and strolling down Commercial St.,were all easily done by foot from this home. The property has wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy any time of day, and inside was very comfortable and functional as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Better every year

We so enjoyed our recent (second) visit to this beautiful home, which is perfectly furnished and supplied for a stress-free vacation. Great location with an easy stroll to Commercial St. Awesome outdoor space and views. Pack small soft bags because you’ll need to carry your things up a couple of flights to the bedrooms. Everything is clean, new, and comfortable. We highly recommend, and will stay here again.

Wonderful

Stayed here 4 years ago - even better this time. Very well maintained. Everything as described and even more. Multiple nice umbrellas in the umbrella stand for the day it rained was a great touch. Fast internet if you need to work a little or have a teen who streams a lot. Perfect size condo for our family of 3. Already looking forward to next year. Thank you Patrick.

Sparkling clean and beautiful home

Attractive, well-appointed home. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location is perfect; an easy, enjoyable stroll to Commercial St, yet quiet and far enough away to sleep peacefully. This home is well suited to active guests who don’t mind climbing stairs. Powder room and bedrooms are up one and two flights. Guests will be happier if they bring smaller bags to carry up. The 3-level floor plan provides really satisfying views from the top floor bedroom and balcony. Being able to see the Pilgrim Monument and the waterfront was awesome! Excellent outdoor space. We loved this home and would definitely book again.

A Splendid Stay on West Vine

The property is quite new, and still has the fresh, clean feeling of a turn-key home. It's graciously appointed with everything the Provincetown visitor could require, from comfortable linens to a margarita machine! The appliances are all state-of-the art, and the outdoor space is really a plus; there's a spacious patio with a fire pit and outdoor sofas, another backyard niche with a dining table for al fresco dinners, and - on the third floor, right off the master bedroom suite - a balcony with generous seating and a view of the water! I corresponded with the owner Patrick; he responded promptly to my every query, and - even though he was far away, in Texas - we felt like he was nonetheless a very gracious host. We have been visiting Provincetown for about thirty years, and always rent, sometimes at the last minute. We must've booked this place at precisely the right moment; I can't help but think in future summers, it will be in hot demand. My husband remarked more than once that this is definitely one of the nicer places we have ever stayed. We leave today, and are feeling truly bittersweet about it!
