Detta Àr en 4 sovrum hem inrÀttas som tre sovrum och en hÄla. Det Àr en 2 bad semester pool hemma som var sjÀlva modellen tre sovrum hem för denna gemenskap. Det har $ 20.000 vÀrde av uppgraderingar, anpassade dekorera, anpassade möbler och anpassade inbyggda skÄp i varje rum. Det sover sex och Àr perfekt för ett par eller familj.

Poolen Àr ocksÄ anpassad med ett spa-omrÄde som var en jacuzzi tills de underjordiska lÀckande rören gjorde oss stÀngd av att lÀmna en mycket trevlig plats att sitta och koppla av i poolen. VÄr andra favoritplats sitter i Lanai och ser ut över det stora damm- och bevarandeomrÄdet som ryggar upp till hemmet. Detta var en modell hemma och ligger i ett öppet, mycket önskvÀrt lÀge. Poolen Àr privat med endast en granne, de flesta poolhem har tvÄ eller tre grannar.

Hemmet Ă€r fullt utrustat med sĂ€ngklĂ€der och handdukar, redo för din semesterglĂ€dje. Ägarna bor hĂ€r. Vi Ă€r tjugo minuter frĂ„n Disney, alla attraktioner, shopping, golf och restauranger.

Du kan Àven gÄ till en Super Wal-Mart! Den exklusiva gated community Àr mycket vÀlskött och har ett klubbhus med trÀningsutrustning, en separat stor sjö med lusthus, lekplats, grillplats och fiske (fÄngst och slÀpp). Du Àr bara nÄgra steg frÄn en tennisbana och basket domstol. Hemmet har höghastighets Wi-Fi, gratis telefonsamtal till hela USA och Kanada och HD-TV pÄ en stor platt-TV i det stora rummet.

Previous reviews are kinda spot on

We arrived to a Torro ant station, tipped up on its end, on the sink in the master bathroom. We reached out to the owners about it and we were given a partial return of one nights rate. I dropped my wedding ring and it went under one of the couches. It became clear that the floors under the couches hadn't been cleaned in some time. There were several dried up macaroni noodles and a pair of sunglasses under them. The sliding door was missing a blind and the door itself was hard to open and close. There was also a blind broken and missing in the master bedroom sliding door. The beds were ok, but if you like firmer pillows, bring your own. We did have to call the management company for a broken shower valve handle. They were very attentive and took care of it the next morning. The neighborhood itself is fairly nice and gated, but there are a bunch of homeless folks a mile or so away, out on the main road. The pool was nice and fairly private. This is our third trip to the area in three years and our third time renting a house. So far, this one is at the bottom of our list.

Berkeley villa

The only disappointing thing was that the management company hadn’t prepared the villa for our arrival. I understand that due to the hurricane the week before we arrived the pool furniture was moved into the lounge but should have been put back outside and there was dirty washing in the machine.

Fun holiday

We had a lovely holiday in Kens villa, location was great for parks and attractions, community was quiet, restful and safe. Lovely view from the pool of the lake, watched all the different birds coming and going while the sun set over the trees. Villa would benefit from a little touch up and repair but nothing that spoiled our stay. Communication from Ken and Michael was great.

Easy, convenient, nice stay

Everything went very well. House and pool were nice, good location. Communication with Ken was great including slightly early check in. No complaints about the house just a couple of tips. Grab some charcoal if you want to use the grill. Grab some dish soap if you just want to wash a few dishes instead of running the dishwasher. One thing that could need updating is the stove burners are hard to use because they don't fit in the pans. My wife and kids and I had a great time and enjoyed the house and pool.

Great house for a Christmas visit

The property was perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood. The view from the back patio was beautiful and we spent a lot of time outside.

De woning is geschikt voor 4 personen. Er staan 6 bedden waarvan 2 bijzonder onplezierig liggen. De woning is voldoende ruim en heeft een prima zwembad. De auto parkeer je gemakkelijk bij het huis. De woning is gedateerd en een beetje smoezelig. Er mist het nodige aan bestek en borden. Ook zijn er geen gordijnen in de slaapkamer, alleen maar lamellen. Hierdoor is het al vroeg ligt in de slaapkamers. Ondank dit alles is het een prima woning. De eigenaar reageert vlot op vragen/problemen.

The Petersons Honeymoon Get away

We got there before 4 pm and Mr Ken gave us the permission to go in. We enjoyed our wonderful stay. Everything was wonderful. The internet wasn’t working and Mr Ken made sure it got straight and also made sure someone checked to make sure it stayed working . We had some neighbors that had a late pool party every night though, but we dealt with it, after all they were on vacation to i guess. 😁 But we will go again next year. Thanks Mr Ken

Can’t wait to stay again. Location is fantastic!

Firstly thank you Ken for allowing us to use your house for our vacation. House is exactly as is in the photos very well represented. The house is in a fabulous gated neighbourhood the area of lake Berkeley is honestly beautiful with 2 community pools tennis courts right on our back yard. a lovely lake with foot path to walk around our kids loved the playground which is literally less than a minute from the house. The house inside was perfect for us 3 spacious bedrooms the rooms were plenty big enough for all of us the pool was lovely the outside lanai area was well kept no bugs or dirt etc. To be honest the only thing I could say was maybe the fridge could be updated was just a little old and dated and carpets could of been a little cleaner. but other than that everything was fabulous would highly recommend this property and would very much look forward to stay there again. Thanks Ken and family.

Couple of friends taking a break

Enjoying a few days at the Mecum auction. We don't like big hotels/cheap motels so have used VRBO multiple times, the last two at Lake Berkley properties. This latest stay was perfect; clean, safe, and affordable.

Great Community & Host

The home is as pictured and is a part of Lake Berkley, which has a beautiful lake and walking path, along with tennis courts, basketball and a community pool. We used the walking path twice daily and loved the tranquility and safety of the neighborhood. Michael was a wonderful host to work with - responding promptly. The pool area and backyard is gorgeous, looks out over a lake and was well heated for our stay. The home is as pictured and could use some furniture updating, but was clean and great for our stay.

So nice!

Loved this place! I’m a nature person and I loved the conservation area in the back! Waking up and seeing a mom and her ducklings was so perfect! It was a really cute house. It has a separate room literally where you can sit and enjoy a book in peace and I LOVED that. So great!

Great property! Fabulous location, clean and comfortable.

The hosts are great communicators. Check in was a breeze and clearly described in an email. Everything about the property was as described and very clean, no hidden surprises! My kids loved the pool too. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We rented a home in Lake Berkley in 2000 when it was still being built. We fell in love and tried to buy, but all homes had been sold. The agent mentioned that the model home would be sold. We said we would buy it and agreed to lease it back to the developer. In August, 2003 they took the sales office out of the garage we had our first vacation there.
