Take the elevator to this wonderful end unit with covered parking and convenient neighborhood pool. Enjoy stunning views of Bohicket Creek from the rear porch. High tide brings numerous sea birds while low tide has oysters 'clipping shut' in their beds. The unit is designed for a wonderful vacation experience and is within walking distance of the Lake House fitness center and pools. You'll also enjoy the beautiful beaches, nature trails and bike paths all over the island.
The open floor-plan offers bright light with sweeping Marsh views from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining area flows into the living space which is perfect to unwind after a long beach day. Sliding doors open to the dual ceiling fan porch where guests can relax and enjoy a light meal at the café table or cocktails in the cozy seating area overlooking the marsh.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom with adjacent bath has 2 twin beds and a lovely private deck area of its own overlooking the palm trees. There is a sleeper sofa provided as well for additional sleeping space.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.
To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
