The master bedroom is on the first level. Highlights include king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and access to a private covered deck with seating for three. Six steps up takes you to the dining are and kitchen. In the fully stocked kitchen you will have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The large kitchen has a wooden service board. There is plenty of room to prepare meals for the family. The dining room sits just off the kitchen. A large table seats six. A wonderful spot for all to join and share a meal or a game of cards. Head up another six steps to the main living area. The soaring ceilings and wall of windows flood this space with light and the beauty of the island. The great room has two queen sleeper sofas and a large Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the screen porch. There is plenty of seating on the porch. Take the back steps down to the marsh and community dock, which is a peaceful place to wander and explore Seabrook Island's landscape. There is also a neighborhood pool that is in a beautiful, private setting just down the street. This is an ideal location with easy access to the Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, Lake House and bike path. Seabrook Islands 3.5 miles of beautiful beach is just a short car or bike ride away, as well as the Beach Club and Island House.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
