Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are not newcomers to HHI, but this was our first stay at Ocean One. This unit is beautiful and well kept. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. We typically choose a unit facing the ocean, but we did not miss it at all, especially since we had several rainy days. Would stay here again. Being able to walk over to Coligny is so convenient. Ocean One closes the pool at sunset, and the grandkids missed being able to swim at night. Curious as to why, because the music from Tiki Hut can be heard really well so it can’t be a noise issue. Pool deck is scheduled for replacement and it needs it. Thus condo is beautiful and we loved it.

Perfect Location

We had an awesome time staying in this condo. It was perfect for our 7 person group. The pool was awesome and being right on the beach was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location but…

Furnishings were nice. However, we very disappointed with the master bedroom. It did not have a tv, the extremely old/thin king topsheet did not cover the mattress, and there was no bedspread. A blanket served as a bedspread but it had a circular stain on it. There were not enough wash cloths for each person to have one. Quality of bedding and towels could have been nicer to match value of what rental charged.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool closed and found out day before. Construction all over and workers everywhere and noisy. Elevator alarm went off for a full day. No extra blankets. Washer sucked. No TV in master bedroom. Very dark, no natural light in condo. No attendant most of the time at the entry. Selena was very helpful and did get some $ back but not near what I should have. Better places to stay and sorry to say that because they have a great location.

Everything about the stay was easy with plenty of room for everyone. Easy walk to everything from shopping to eating. The room was not very clean so that would be my only negative review of the room. Overall the family was very pleased with the stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not have a great experience at Ocean One 222. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and there was only a set of 4 dishes for a 3 bedroom condo. The condo itself was nicely maintained but the building looked old and in need of repair. Our computers were also hacked through the wifi. We called to ask for a change in the wifi password and never heard back from anyone.

Excellent location for teens

This condo, while not ocean front, sits in a property directly on the beach. It is an excellent option especially if you do not require an ocean front view. Located on the second level, it is very close to the stairs and elevator where you take a short walk to get to the beach, approx 5 mins. The condo is very large. They have a closet full of chairs and toys. The unit is a little dated. With two master bedrooms, the true master has two twin beds pushed together with a very thick mattress topper to create one bed which we found extremely uncomfortable. I’m not sure why they don’t take the king size bed from the other master and put it into the actual master. The property manager was fantastic and we only had one maintenance issue which was handled swiftly. I’m a pretty big room snob and this was ”fine”. 100% exactly what we needed for our two teenage boys to come and go as they pleased: they could ride bikes easily on the trails over to Coligny shopping plaza, the park, tennis courts, etc.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was on the ocean as promised, Coligny Plaza was walking distance in which was nice. Condo needs updating in terms of new mattresses, new sofas bc the ones there are very low back & uncomfortable. Needs new dishwasher as it was not working the whole week we were there. Finally they brought us paper goods to use & disposable utensils and cups.
