This location is a beautiful house with plenty of space. We very close to Pigeon Forge but still off the main strip for a nice quiet place. No doubt we would consider staying with Cynthia on a return trip to the area.

We had 3 adults, an 11 year old, and a 7 year old, and this place was perfect! During our downtime, the kids played in the game room while the adults relaxed on the back deck. We loved it, and would definitely stay here again!

Greenlights and Sunshine was the perfect home for our family of six! The game room was a huge hit, especially the ping pong table. The community and common area near the little river was very nice. The host was very communicative and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy. There were signs around the house that were very helpful as well. The house was very clean. It was in a great location too! We would definitely like to stay here again.

Great Stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay and the grandkids loved having the lower level to themselves by the gameroom. Our host Cynthia was superb with her communications and the area is fantastic.
