Looking for convenience, we have the location! Just 1 mile from The Parkway & minutes from Dollywood & the Great Smoky Mountains.

Our Chalet boasts a front & back deck to relax on after an exciting day at Dollywood or after a day hike in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom located on the other side of the house is connected to the 2nd hall bathroom. The 3rd bedroom (known as the "Downstairs Suite") is located downstairs with plenty of privacy for another couple or a great place for the kids. This 3rd bedroom suite also comes with a pull-out couch with new Memory Foam Mattress.

Each bedroom and the living room features a mounted flat-screen TV & a ceiling fan to help everyone unwind in comfort. High speed internet is included.

Our open kitchen comes complete with full-size appliances, Microwave, multiple Coffee Maker(s) - 12 Cup Drip and Keurig Single Cup Coffee Makers, Coffee Carafe, Air Fryer, Crockpot, Toaster, Blender, Neutra Bullet, Roaster & Electric Knife, Dishwasher & plenty of counter space. Fully stocked with plenty of cookware, plate-ware, glassware, coffee cups, eating & cooking utensils.
Our recently added Game Room will keep everyone busy. Ping Ping amd Arcade Game with over 60 games to chose from. Board Games and Books are also available.
“Greenlights & Sunshine” is the perfect location with being so close to all the attractions, restaurants, entertainment and the excitement of Pigeon Forge with a short drive to Gatlinburg.
In case you are planning a multiple family gathering, we have friends that have a Vacation Home just a few homes away from ours. It is available on VRBO. Please contact me for the Listing Number and to make arrangements on how to rent both homes.

Amazing house and location.

It was great staying at this property with all the required house needs available. The house was well cleaned and sanitized. Lot for kids and a walk to creek/river. All pigeon forge attractions are close by. It was great communicating with Cynthia and loved the flexibility she provided during check in and check. out .

Great! Family friendly

This was a great place to stay. Very friendly, kind, and courteous hosts. The house was comfortable and had a warm, homey feel. The location was close to many attractions and was easy to get in and out. The family activities were a great addition to the family fun. Highly recommend this location for your next vacation in the Smokey Mountains.

Wonderful!!

We had a wonderful time in this home! The check-in process was very easy. The house is very clean. The location is perfect. The owner is easy to get a hold of and very very helpful! We will definitely stay at this property again!

Anders Family Christmas 2024

Greenlights and Sunshine was an awesome place for us to gather and have a little family time. It was a well appointed house with lots of extras that we weren’t expecting in making this trip a great experience. There were herbs, spices, and condiments in the kitchen to enhance our meals and cooking supplies we do not usually have access to in a VRBO facility. We had a couple of bumps in the road, but the owner was quick to respond and find us a solution to keep our schedule from being interrupted. The owners were easy to work with from start to finish and as a family in ministry gathering from southeastern TN to Central VA that is absolutely necessary!! There are many other things to be said, but we will conclude with the thought of looking forward to when we might be able to once again gather at Greenlights and Sunshine to enjoy sharing time with our family!!

Great house for families

This was a great house for our family including kids ages 2 and 5. The house was clean. It was decorated for the holidays which was a huge bonus. And the game room was super fun! I did contact the owner about the heater downstairs the first day and the owners responded immediately and were able to assist remotely. Very responsive. Would stay there again.

Awesome Thanksgiving Vacation

We loved our stay at this property. The location was great. It's located in a quiet community just a short drive to so many attractions. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. We all enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for my family of 7. I would definitely recommend this property and plan on returning in the future.

Great location close to the parkway

We’re a group of senior ladies who travel together a few times a year. Because driving at night in unfamiliar surroundings is an issue for us, we were looking for something close to the attractions. Green lights and Sunshine is in a great location, quiet neighborhood within a few blocks of the main drag. The house itself is roomy and comfortable,

NQC 2024 Stay

Great location for our quartet to stay for 3 nights while attending the National Quartet Convention. Very close to parkway but in a nice quiet subdivision. Property was clean and spacious. Nice sized BRs with comfortable beds. Definitely met our needs for this stay. Cynthia was a fantastic host and easy to contact. Definitely would book again. Highly recommend.

Nice get away

We have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed our stay each time. I will say the place was not quite as clean this stay as the last. Nothing major but we could tell a difference. The bed is very comfortable which is a huge plus for us.

Do it!

This has been the best rental home I have ever experienced. Initially, I was skeptical about the amazing price, thinking it might either be subpar or far from everything. However, my concerns were completely unfounded. The owner reached out the day before our arrival, providing all the necessary information and allowing us ample time to get to the home. The communication was excellent throughout our stay, with multiple ways to stay in touch. Upon driving to the location, I realized it was conveniently close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet situated in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. Upon entering the home, I was greeted with a wonderfully clean smell. It was by far the cleanest home, with numerous amenities that delighted everyone from young children to young adults and even older adults. There were various places to relax and play, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay was readily available. The home features a full kitchen, a laundry room, bathrooms, and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. I was delighted to see a game room for family fun. We booked this trip for Dollywood, and it was wonderful that even the children were excited to return to the rental house without any fuss after a day at Dollywood. I will definitely book this place again when traveling up here, as long as it's available.

Great location!

Our family had a great time staying at Green lights and Sunshine. Cynthia was kind and quick to respond to any of our questions. The property was super clean and cozy. The location was perfect! Only a few minutes from the Parkway, but very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the game room. After a day of exploring, it was nice to come back and relax with the family and have a game night. We will definitely stay at this house again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Great Location

It is an immaculately clean home. There were 7 of us, 4 70 year olds, one 37, a 14 year old and a 9 year old. We eat most of our dinners in, although there are places everywhere to eat,. and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could, possibly need. The beds were so soft and seemed brand new. Linens, towels, and blankets were plentiful.It is close to everything, titanic musuem, wax museum, mini golf, horseback riding, dollywood, go carts, sky lift, roller coasters, wild gals old time photos,shops, the island, smoky mountains and outlet malls. When you go downstairs it is a mini apartment. Then you open a door and there is a big game room. We put puzzles together, played ping pong, pac man and there is a door to go outside.TV's in every room. The grounds are well kept on all surrounding areas. It's right in the heart of town. We also went white water rafting and paintballing which was not close but by our choice. WIFI was awesome and Cynthia was so nice and available when I had questions. At night we sat on one of the two decks. I brought lots of insect repellent because I knew there was a river nearby but we didn't need it. Would I stay again? Absolutely!! Just to let you know, I am not a relative. This is the best thought out vbro I have ever stayed in. Then we went to chattanooga and my grandson asked if we could go back to Cynthia's and stay. Wish I would had stayed in Pigeon Forge longer. We couldn't see everything there is so plan a week trip! Look for groupons

Great place to unwind

This property was perfect for our family of 7 ages 5 to 61. After 2 long days at Dollywood and Splash Country it was nice to come home to a house with room for everyone. We had plenty of space, the house was spotless and had lots of amenities, and had a game room which the kids enjoyed when they got their second wind. Our host answered our questions promptly and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful vacation stay

Love the location, it was very clean, didn’t have any problem with anything not working. Property manager was on point when needed. Was easy getting into the vacation home. We are definitely stay there again.

Perfect home away from home

This home was set just a VERY short drive off the main road in Pigeon Forge (approx 2-3 min from Mel’s Diner). It was exactly as described. I have never, in all my years staying at VRBO’s had one that was so well stocked with all the little extra things. Game room was a hit! Clean. Comfy! Well thought out! Only thing I would change, I wish there was a grill. I still happily give this home 5 stars!
