Perfect place for our little getaway

Great location and clean

Great location and clean. Beautiful views from the balcony and quiet. The only suggestion would be to update some of the furnishings and clean out the master closet and maybe give it a deep clean. We would stay here again.

Great time!

Only real down was the trash company picking up with their loud trucks at 5am for like 30 minutes! Otherwise location is great and area is fun.

Great Location for Activities!

Our party consisted of six adults and two school age children so this unit's location was ideal for us for activities, shopping, exploring hiking trails, and debating over which of the many restaurants we would enjoy trying. We usually vacation at Alabama's Gulf Coast but decided to try the Pigeon Forge area for a change and loved it! We have all agreed to return as we enjoyed our time thoroughly!

New Year Getaway

The condo was big enough for at least 8 people for sleeping. The cushions could use some more filling. But over all nice place. Convenient to everything, enjoyed the New Years fireworks from our balcony. I would recommend this condo. Corner unit on the 6th floor. Plenty of room.

Great Condo for family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It is well supplies kitchen.Bathrooms were supplies with every this needed. Very good condo for small children, not too much stuff sitting around to move so children won't break. Rooms were large, water pressure was good to take a shower, and view was great. We would rent again.

Family Vacation

Condo size very good; Pool and playground were great. Beds were comfortable. Shower was small, but water pressure very good. Please have the cleaning folks pay closer attention to cleaning of washer and dryer. There was a gross amount of lint in the dryer...(safety concern for those of us that use those features).

Nice, but needs updated

This condo is nice but it could use some updating. It needs to be cleaned a lot better. The sheets in the one queen bedroom did not look like they were cleaned at all there was hair in them. blinds had an inch thick of dust on them. The toaster didn’t work. Could use two new Teflon frying pans. A few more towels. It is a great location and the property area was very nice.

We had an awesome time! Condo was very clean! We loved the option of an indoor pool due to having a toddler not in direct sun! The playground beside the pool is great! Close to town and also Dunkin :)

Clean and close to everything!

This place is clean and close to everything. Well stocked and we had great communication with the owner. They went out of their way to make it easy for our group to meet up. I highly recommend this condo.

My wife and I live and grew up in Alabama and have been blessed to have traveled with our three children extensively. We love The Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and rented a condo in Mountain View last year. We love the location and the complex and decided to purchase both 2601 and 2301, both 3/2 corner units and furnish them to our tastes and expectations.
We hope you enjoy staying in either of them as much as we do.
