This charming pet friendly, four bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom vacation rental in the Cape May Beach area of Villas, is just a short walk from the beach! Perfect for families and groups, this spacious home offers multiple living areas for relaxing and spreading out. Spend sunny days at the bay beaches and unforgettable evenings enjoying breathtaking sunsets over the Delaware Bay, just a short one-and-a-half block stroll away.The ground level consists of a spacious mezzanine living room, laundry area, half bathroom, and one bedroom. The ground level bedroom has bunk beds (singles) and one queen size bed Heading up to the second main-living level is an additional living space with a queen sleeper sofa, a dedicated indoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and an enclosed sunroom. Off the sunroom is a private rear deck with outdoor dining and a natural gas grill for the chef in the family. The third and final floor has three bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bedroom with attached bathroom and the two other bedrooms each have one double bed. The third-floor open deck is accessible from two of the bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! This quiet neighborhood setting offers a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure in the coastal towns of Cape May, the Wildwoods, Avalon, and Stone Harbor.Leave your worries behind! This property includes six beach chairs, one beach umbrella, beach toys, and high chair for your use. Rinse off the sand with ease in the convenient enclosed outdoor shower after a fun-filled day at the beach. Split System air conditioning keeps you cool on hot summer days and is in each room on the second and third levels. The ground floor living space and ground floor bedroom are heated and cooled by the main living area's HVAC units. The property has two inflated queen size air mattresses and one standard crib, which may be used at the Tenant's discretion.Bring your ferry friend along for the trip! We welcome well-behaved pets with an optional pet fee of $200 per dog. When booking please include a note at the time of booking as to how many pets you have in your reservation and their breed/weights.All reservations are handled by Coastline Realty LLC and we'll contact you after placing a booking with the lease and booking information within 24 hours. This property supplies pillows for guests. Please note that the refundable security deposit cannot be paid by credit card. All guests will need to bring with them or rent from a local linen company, blankets, sheets, bath towels, and beach towels for their stay. Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. A very nice, large house with plenty of room for our family group of 9. Very comfortable with individual air conditioners for every room and ceiling fans in most rooms. A very nice patio and a additional separate ones for 2 of the bedrooms. It wa very hot and humid when we were there, but the house was always comfortable. It's a short walk to the bayside beach, which was nice and quiet, with only a few people around.

Hi Ligita, we hope that your fourth of July week stay at our property was a fantastic week. We are a bit taken back by your 1/5 star review as your review otherwise sounds positive and from our knowledge of your stay we were not notified of any unresolved problems with the property upon your arrival, during your stay, or after check out. The only issue we are aware of is a toilet handle that was malfunctioning and continuously running, the handyman for the property came out and repaired it within 24 hours of you reaching out to our office. If there were any other issues with your stay please contact us so we can address them as we do everything within our ability to make sure that our guest's stay is an excellent one. Thank you and we hope that you choose to make our home along the bay your place to stay during your next visit to the area.

Cape may vacation

We had a great time, close to the bay and a short drive to restaurants, downtown cape may and other activities for the whole family. This home was spacious, well kept, and perfect for our whole family to stay in and there were 10 of us

Family Vacation

A really nice place for a family vacation. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning units weren’t great, no air in the lower rooms.

We were happy to help get the mini-split units property set to cooling for you after you reached out a day after arrival. It's true that during the summer heat wave with 95 degree temperatures, getting the temperature to a very low setting like the 61 degrees you had them set on can be a challenge for any AC system, and we apologize if that caused any discomfort. We’ll be sure to add more detailed instructions to our welcome packet for future guests to help avoid similar issues. September Rental

Great communication with rental agent! Short walk to the beach and not far from Cape May. Property a bit dated and still having a hard time with bringing all our own linens, but I guess that's not that unusual in this area. Lots of room for a large family.

Relaxing Walking the Dog's on the beach

Great VaCa property. Exactly what we were looking for. Perfectly located 1 Block from the Dog Friendly Beach and 1 Block to a great biking preserve with lots of trails. After walking the pups in early am, down to Cape May beaches for the day. Great Restaurants in both North Cape May and Cape May Downtown. House was perfectly laid out for our family with great areas to escape and read. Our Realtor and contract was excellent.

Excellent property! The cleaners ran into a problem earlier in the day, so they arrived as we were nearly unpacked…I said no thank you. No one’s fault and there were cleaning supplies in the house! Very responsive realty office…so appreciated that!

Flies galore

Loved the house. My only complaint is. The garbage cans were full so there was no where for us to put ours outside and there are so many flies on the back deck you get all bit up.

ac problem

Nice area close to everything. The ac was not working they are working on getting it fixed. The owners is going to compensate us for the problem, but it way to warn to enjoy and we left early

Stank Beach

The house was very nice. The issue was with the beach. Dead Horseshoe Crabs EVERYWHERE. It smelled terrible and the beach was also covered in driftwood and sticks. The water caused a rash on 2 of the younger kids staying with us. There was also no dishwasher on the property. There also wasnt any A/C in the room with the bunk beds, which causes the room to become very warm! Otherwise the house was nice with lots of space.

We're genuinely sorry that the beach conditions weren't what you expected during your stay. We want to clarify that our home is located near the beautiful bay beaches in Lower Township. Mid-June, coincides with the very end of horseshoe crab season, which is a natural occurrence that can temporarily result in the presence of crabs and other natural debris along the shoreline. These conditions are not characteristic of the peak summer months of July and August, and other times of the year, when the bay beaches are usually quite clear and lovely for swimming and relaxing. We understand this was disappointing, but as it's a natural, seasonal event, it's not specific to our property. Regarding your other points, we do our best to be completely transparent in our listing and will review our listing information. We want to gently remind future guests that we clearly state there is no dishwasher available. Also, while the bedroom with the bunk beds doesn't have its own AC, it's purposefully located on the lowest and coolest level of the house. We also have a mini-split AC unit in the main living area nearby to help keep the space comfortable. We genuinely hope that despite these unexpected issues, you were still able to make some wonderful memories during your time with us. We always strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests!

Spacious Clean and Nearby

My family stayed here for a weekend and it was very nice and more spacious than expected. We had enough room with a large group to not be bumping into one another or fighting for a bathroom. Just what we needed for the weekend and a short drive to Cape May and Wildwood.

Large quiet retreat

This place was very nice. Clean, great ac and fan combos. The neighborhood is quiet and it's about a 2 block walk to bay with a quiet beach area. We had our 2 dogs and they were happy. Lots of space for everyone to have their own area. Would stay there again!!

Villas house

The house is extremely clean and very pretty. My family (4 adults, 2 children) had more than enough room. The only improvement I might make, would be to change the full beds to queen size and include a dish washer in the kitchen. The AC took a while to cool down the rooms when we arrived, but improved by the time we went to bed the first night. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Cape May Villas

Well stocked family house with great spacing to have some quiet time or tv time or talking time… Only 4 bedrooms but they are spacious. Carpeting throughout but clean. Loved being able to bring our dogs which separates this property from many others. Property manager easily accessible and we had a key issue which he helped resolve right away. Slightly dated but didn’t stop us from enjoying the space and location. Beach on bay is gorgeous at sunset!!! Private and quiet area. 20 minutes to downtown Cape May.

Great Visit

Really beautiful place. This was the first time we stayed on the bay and we very much enjoyed it. It was quieter and the bay beach was really nice. The sunsets were spectacular. Easy quick drive into Cape May for the ocean, dining and shopping.

Comfortable Quiet Vacation

The vacation home was pleasing to the eye and able to accommodate 8 adults and a toddler. My family fully enjoyed the space provided, kitchen for family breakfast, and the outside . I love to tent this home again.

505 Mulberry, Cape May

3 nice bedrooms, 3 living spaces with comfy couches and outdoor decks. You can really spread out here and not get in each other's way. It is a great place for infants including crib, strollers, gates and hugh chair...we really appreciated these amenities.

Charming House Close to the Bay

Loved this 3 level house with tropical and charming slatted wood ceilings, cute and well stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout like cribs, beach chairs, and potted herbs for cooking. Great location that was close to the bay, Cape May Winery, and Cape May. Immaculate house cleaning. A few items that need to be improved (worn carpets and bedding on top floor) and room for only 8 - barely. Also, the gas grill needs instructions. We had a great time and would stay again in a heartbeat.
