Tastefully decorated, this fantastic house is located in a calm residential area and at the same time close to the city centre.

It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a sitting area with a TV and a dining area to dine with loved ones. It has access to a lovely balcony to enjoy those sunny days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

Four bedrooms are delightfully furnished with comfy double beds and one other with a convertible sofa bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms contain all the essentials for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, with Chez Auguste and Le Garage Bar and takeaways like Côté Burger and Subway. This is the perfect place to stay to make the most of the city's attractions and explore all La Rochelle offers.

This stunning location is just two kilometres from La Rochelle station, making exploring the city and its attractions easy. Aytré Plage and La Rochelle Porte Dauphine are a mere 2.2 and 4 kilometres away, so days spent at the beach are a breeze!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
