The house was as advertised and very clean. There was 14 of us and a baby and we had plenty of room. Only thing you need to bring is a fan

This house was very clean. No issues with ants at all. The host was quick to respond with any questions and took care of a couple minor issues we needed help with. The beds were comfortable and the games kept our teens entertained. I think it would be great to replace the tiki bar upstairs with additional sitting area instead but the decor was great. The pool was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Good access to stores and restaurants in the area. A fun time!

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew’s home! Our group of 16 (7 adults and 9 kids) had more than enough space to spread out, relax, and enjoy our vacation together. The pool and hot tub were a favorite and gave us the perfect place to unwind on the days we wanted to stay in and relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. On the rare occasion we needed something, Matthew responded quickly and made sure we were taken care of.Matthew was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and committed to making sure we had a great experience from beginning to end.As a travel advisor, I pay close attention to the accommodations I recommend. I would confidently recommend this home to my clients and anyone traveling with a large family or group. Thank you, Matthew, for helping make our Florida vacation a memorable one!I think this version reads more like an authentic guest review while still carrying extra weight because of your professional experience. It’s warm, specific, and likely to be more persuasive to future guests.

First and foremost, the host & their staff are top notch! Questions via phone or email are answered within minutes, not hours. Any of the requests we made were taken care of without any issues at all. The house is beautiful and was perfect for a group of ADULTS, meaning it isn't all "cartoony". Plenty of space for all of us to hang out and not feel cramped. Would definitely stay here again, or another one of their properties.
