Great Week

Had a great family reunion at this house with lots of kids from almost 1 to 12. Things to do at and close to house for many ages. Appreciated the pool safety alarm on the back door with all the little kids. Would come back!

Wedding weekend

We rented the house for the weekend to celebrate our wedding by throwing a dinner with about 15 friends. We had the best time. 9 bedrooms, which held us all. The pool was great. The house was great. I loved it. Giulio was responsive and so kind. I recommend this house 100%.

Family vacation

Our family has nothing but good things to say about this property. It was perfect for our family. It is a well stocked home with everything you might need. We had a birthday celebration and there was even everything you needed to bake a cake. The host, Giulio was terrific to deal with and quick to reply to any questions. Our only comment would be that the fridge is small for a large group. We were 14 and it was a challenge for all food and drinks. We would highly recommend this property. It was amazing!

All in all we had a great stay, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and it could be a little cleaner. Giulio and Bernadette are very helpful and always available.

Good place to stay in Orlando !

Everything was good : conformity of the advertisement, location, communication, adaptability of the manager of the villa, equipment... We spent a week in the villa for a dance competition. We will come back again!

Nice House

My family stayed in the house for a full week. It was a large group, and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool. The house is close to stores, restaurants and Disney. I would recommend this house.

Great Location

Great location. Only one neighbor who happened to also be from Wisconsin. Might want to have cleaning crew clean around the baseboards. The first floor tile could use a cleaning too. If you walk barefoot or with socks the get completely black. Otherwise our stay was great.

Family Fun

The property was everything it was advertised to be. The kitchen was very well supplied with a variety of utensils, dishes and cookware…and in sizes for a large family. Because the house is on a dead end, we had no problem parking all seven of our vehicles…something we were concerned about beforehand. The teenagers especially enjoyed the rec room and the little ones lived in the pool. There is a large grass area behind the house where the kids could play kick ball and throw the football around. We enjoyed our week very much!

Great place. Plenty of room. I would make a change with whomever is cleaning the property. They are doing a horrible job. Baseboards, shower door tracks etc were filthy. Not the owners fault though.

Great place for a family retreat.

Only problem I had was that the gate kept telling guests that they weren't on the list. One of my guests actually left and drove all the way back to Tampa. I was very upset about that. The Owners asked me to send the list of guests a day before we arrive, but I sent it the morning of, so it's partially my fault, but the list was never updated during the entire stay.

Picture Perfect Is Not Always What It Seem

The property was as pictured with a few imperfections. The furniture is worn and needs to be replaced in the living room also was the outdoor sectional. The vertical blinds need to be replaced. There was an issue with the pool heater that took 3 days to get repaired. The check in system at the gate was unbelievable. We had guest for Thanksgiving dinner that couldn't get in because they were not on the list and trying to get them added on Thanksgiving Day was impossible. If you have 4 drivers in the same vehicle each would need to be check in and given out a pass for the same vehicle. If one took the vehicle and their name was not on the pass, they would need to get one. I really wish we didn't have to turn away dinner guest. We slept well. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need.

Family Birthday Celebration

This was the perfect spot for a large family (Parents, 4 siblings with spouses and their kids) to spend the week. So much space to spread out from one another for sleeping however tons of seating to enjoy meals together. The kids especially enjoyed the garage space entertainment. Short drive to gates at the Disney parks, close shopping, and close enough for a day trip to the coast for some beach time. Tons of time spent in the pool and spa. The lanai allowed for plenty of gathering space and the flattop grill was used for almost every meal. Last house on the road, only one side with neighbors and kids had plenty of space to play in the yard. The community pool was freezing cold water, we opted to return back to the house pool and spend our day there. The clean, gated community gave piece of mind for safety. Most definitely a home our family would return.

Fabulous large family holiday venue

22 members of our extended family stayed in this property for 3 weeks and had a fantastic time. The owners are super-responsive and the information they provided was helpful and accurate. The property is deceptively large and easily accommodated and worked for our large group. There was plenty of parking for our 2 large cars and minivan. The on-site club was a great alternative to the villa and its pool. The only down-side of this is that you are not allowed to take in any snacks or drinks (including water bottles) - tricky with fussy children. There are many positives with this property including the extra large laundry machines, great pool & jacuzzi, games room, multiple TVs and overall space. A slight negative we found is that noise travels easily within the property so earplugs worked well for some members of the party. Overall though we would all definitely recommend a stay here!

Would rent a thousand times over again!!!

The hosts, I speak on first for their top notch communication throughout the whole entire booking process, right up until checkout! Once we opened the doors to our week long home, it was instant paradise! We took advantage of the water park in there, this was probably the only disappointing part of our entire trip. After packing bags to tote a 2 year old and 3 year old, with snacks and filling their water cups… turned out you couldn’t bring any of your own snacks, etc in. Its okay though! The girls loved it we only spending about an hour to head back and eat something. There were 2 toddlers and 1 infant- the house was made for children! Two cribs one upstairs and one downstairs, house was fully equipped with baby gate, pack and play, and high chair!!! If you’re looking for a pool area to be in the sun all day this is it! - the hot tub was to die for! Plenty of pool towels, the space between the gate for the pool and the door going inside is also a perfect spot to sit outside and hang with family while having the kids outside to play, crawl, walk and not feel to crowded! The hosts left very detailed instructions for check in- and any other items you’ll need throughout your stay and time of check out! If you need to contact them they responded within an hour or less! We did Disney for a day and its only about 30mins. We are a competitive family who grew up on pac man and Galaga … we spent HOURS after the kids went to bed living out our childhood memories! Thank you Giulio and Bernadette for sharing your home with us, your communication, and prompt communication throughout this whole process!

While vacationing in Orlando four years ago we decided to buy a vacation home here. We visited many resort communities but none stood out like Champions Gate. The beautiful golf courses, rolling hills that you don't usually see in Florida, and the Oasis Club made it an easy decision.
We love spending time here. Our boys love it so much that we often never leave the resort!
