Laurel Cove is on the northern shore and features some beautiful terrain with hilly topography which not only makes the drive in stunning but also a beautiful part of the lake for boating and exploring. Lake Norman State Park, perfect for hikers, is moments away. An entertainer's dream with all the "wow" feeling. A true gem and must see to do justice for all its beauty.

★ STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels & pool towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

★ WHAT TO EXPECT: With us you’ll find unique vacation rental properties that provide a consistent, upscale "home away from home" experience. These properties are individually and privately owned. ★ ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone or on a PC! Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! Purchase Damage Waiver protection instead. You get to choose which option you are more comfortable with. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Please message us with any questions.

★ EXTENDED STAYS: For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week. Guests may choose to perform this cleaning themselves, ensuring all areas of the property are properly maintained, or they may hire the host’s professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Failure to comply with the weekly housekeeping requirement may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties.
- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
- No more than 12 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.

-For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property. An additional exterior Ring camera monitors the backyard/driveway. Both cameras are visible, record video/audio and will be ON during every reservation.
