Booking & Stays:
Situated hillside with wooded views from the deck and seasonal distant Smoky Mountain views from the front porch, our semi-private setting offers relative seclusion amidst other rental homes.

Date Restrictions:
No check-ins/check-outs on Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day please.

Amenities:
Kitchen: Fully-equipped with a coffee maker, Keurig, cookware, dishware, crock-pot, griddle, blender, waffle iron, and basic essentials like salt, pepper, coffee filters, and more.
Living Area: Leather full-size recling sofa, electric fireplace (operational October- April), 50" Samsung Smart TV (Netflix, Prime ready with your credentials), DVD player, and ample pool table space.
Loft Bedroom: King log bed, top-rated pillow-top mattress, 40" Samsung Smart TV, and heart-shaped jet tub.
Outdoor: Private deck with a sanitized hot tub overlooking the serene hillside. BBQ grill has replace propane grill due to fire codes.
Bathroom features a shower and laundry unit.

Answers to FAQs:
Minimum Age & Booking: Guests must be 21+ to book instantly. For ages 18-20, please contact us for approval.
Inclusions: We provide essential supplies like toilet paper, tissues, towels, bed linens, dishwashing liquid, and detergent. Bring extra paper towels based on your needs.

Pets:
Black Bear Cottage welcomes ONE adult dog up to 50 pounds per stay with a $125 fee. Sorry--no puppies, cats, or kittens. Dog must be at least one year old, fully house trained and on a flea/tick program.
Waste must be properly disposed of in secured plastic bags. Your dog must not sit or lay on furniture or bedding.

Road Conditions:
While our location features hilly terrain, 4WD is only necessary in snowy conditions, especially on the steeper driveway section. There are two routes to our home, so please be sure to read your check-in email for information about each route.
