Welcome to the GĂźte de l'ANNEXE, located just a 10-minute walk from the Champ de Mars Park and the historic center of Colmar. Enjoy a stay combining comfort and discovery in the heart of Alsace.

The apartment is completely independent, for greater peace and quiet during your stay.

This spacious and bright, independent güte located on the first floor can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a large living room with two sofas, including a sofa bed (140x200), opening onto a vast west-facing terrace—perfect for admiring the sunset. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals independently.
The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (180x200) and a wardrobe. You will also find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, you'll have access to a private, secure garage, a parking space, and a secure cellar, ideal for storing your bicycles, luggage, or additional equipment.

Thanks to its ideal location not far from the city center, it's a strategic location for your visits and allows you to enjoy the city's enchanting atmosphere during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.

Everything is included in the rate: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi.

To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9 [hidden] to 12 [hidden] and 2 [hidden] to 6 [hidden], and the security deposit via a Swikly link or by credit card (bank imprint).

The security deposit is €400.

Pets are not allowed.

The cottage is ideally located: 500 meters from the train station, 900 meters from the town center, 650 meters from a hypermarket, 12 km from the Ammerschwihr golf course, 31 km from the Lac Blanc ski slopes and 56 km from Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport.

Large one bedroom apartment. Comfortable bed, kitchen reasonbly equipped, clean, large terrace, near the train station. Boulangerie is a 2 minute walk, and Hyper U about 10 minutes, town centre 15 minutes. It is on a main road, so it can be noisy, but with windows closed and air conditioning on it is not a real problem. There is a garage for parking, although for an SUV there is not enough room to close the door. However you can also park in front of the garage. Good access to bicycle paths to take you to the Alsace Wine Route, and you can use the garage to keep bikes. We would stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in a lovely neighborhood

We really enjoyed our two-week stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is huge, the shower fantastic, and the lounge very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or you can pop next door to the excellent Italian restaurant. The old town is a 15-minute walk away through a leafy neighborhood of beautiful early 1900s villas. There's even a bakery in the next block.

Great location

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment, which is about 1 km from the old town- an easy walk. Whilst the property is near the train line, it is quiet, light and bright. We met the lovely owners, who in addition to being very helpful, had lived in Sydney for 7 years. I pointed out a problem with the shower, which he fixed by replacing a faulty part the same day. The private parking garage under the apartment is easy to get in and out of.

Spacious Colmar Apartment

We would not change a thing about our stay in Colmar. The check in process was easy. The host even sent videos to make sure we knew how to access property and use some of the amenities. The apartment itself is wonderful-clean, well equipped and very spacious. There is a large outdoor patio that was great for relaxing after a busy day. The old section of Colmar is about a 20 minute walk through a very safe and well lit section of town. There is a great little bakery right down the street and a grocery store about a 12 minute walk away. There is a garage and additional parking space. The old town of Colmar is absolutely charming and the smaller villages nearby are definitely worth a visit. There are many walking trails through the vineyards, up hills to castle ruins and bike trails everywhere for outdoor enthusiasts. We will definitely recommend this apartment to friends and would stay there again.

Ein schöner Urlaub in Colmar

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Wohnung. Es hat alles gepasst. Man fĂŒhlte sich sofort wohl. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Der Bahnhof ist aber ganz in der NĂ€he. Dank des kostenlosen Shuttlebus vom Bahnhof ist das Zentrum von Colmar bequem zu erreichen. Der Fußweg zum Zentrum betrĂ€gt ca. 30 Minuten. Neben der Wohnung befindet sich eine tolle Pizzeria. Zum nĂ€chsten BĂ€cker lĂ€uft man 5 Minuten. Die Betreuung von der Agentur vor Ort lief ĂŒber Telefon und WhatsApp in deutsch völlig problemlos. Fazit: Die Wohnung in Colmar können wir weiter empfehlen. Roland&Kerstin
