The kitchen offers a large & bright area with brand new appliances & a large counter top with plenty of seating. The attached dining room includes a fireplace for those cold San Luis Valley nights.

This rental includes FREE admission to Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs during your entire stay! Sand Dunes Recreation is located 30 minutes north of Alamosa.

We loved this home! It’s completely updated and has all the amenities we love in a home (minus central air). But the fans and great circulation made our stay very pleasant and I enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen

Perfect getaway

The house was just as described! Perfect location and set up for our stay. We have kids at ASU, so staying in this home made our trip to visit very comfortable. The owners are very responsive to questions and/or concerns. We will definitely be back!

Clean, well-stocked house!

We loved our stay at this cute place in Alamosa, furnished with everything to make our stay comfortable, and our kids loved the foosball table! Check-in was super easy and in a quiet neighborhood (to our liking) in addition to being close to downtown. Temps were a little elevated in the house so the fans were appreciated. Thank you!

Nice place to acclimate

We wanted to acclimate before heading to higher altitude. It was charming and relaxing. The Sand Dunes were a hit with our teens.

Beautiful home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was so comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids (they loved the foosball table!). Really nice location with plenty of close amenities. We did a lot of our own cooking and meals, so the big, gorgeous kitchen was perfect. The beds were SO comfortable - which is always such an unknown, but we all slept so well and enjoyed being close to Great Sand Dunes. This place also came with complementary wrist bands to Great Sand Dunes rec area hot springs - which were a big hit with the kids (and adults)! Would absolutely stay here again if we get the chance.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

I loved everything about this rental! Beautiful inside and out but still so comfortable, is well stocked with everything you need, good location, renters booklet tells you everything you need to know to get the most out of your stay. Convenient to get to Great Sand Dunes NP.

Nice remodeled home. Close to the university campus. We enjoyed the open family spaces; the house felt larger than it appeared. It was awesome to have a large kitchen and table. Bathrooms were well-appointed, and there were plenty of cleaning products in the house. Large washer-dryer and laundry room were helpful. There's a rooster somewhere in the neighborhood. He was annoying but that's not the property owner's fault. Back bedroom doesn't have very good ventilation and it would be nice to have some bedside phone charging options. The house was super convenient for GSD National Park.

Modern, clean, spacious home

Little Renovated gem in an old town. It was refreshing to find things as shown in pictures. We have stayed in numerous VRBO in past 5 plus years and photos can be deceiving sometimes. Love the hardwood floor throughout and kitchen setup/space. I have somewhat OCD with cleanliness and I don’t have negative to say except the cleaning crew might want to wipe the cabinet doors, door handles and the doors. Will definitely stay again!

Summer at GSNP

We had a great time. Just a caution - there’s no central air conditioning in the area so sometimes it might get muggy during the day. When we stayed the weather was nice for most part so we didn’t feel much when the windows were opened. The owners were very informative and co-operative.

A Wonderful Stay in Alamosa!

Highly recommend this cute cottage for many reasons - neat, clean, roomy, comfortable, very quiet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and well represented online. Easy access to area activities. A wonderful stay overall!

Great updated property . It was short on bath towels however for a group of 6. One bathroom only had 3 washcloths and no bath towels.

Great home!

This home is in excellent condition and very comfortably decorated! It's located in a nice neighborhood near Adams State University and minutes from restaurants. We were in town to visit Great Sand Dunes National Park and it was a perfect location! The owners were friendly and responsive and I would recommend this home for a stay!
