I have visited Alamosa several times
.And I continually choose this property to stay at.It is very comfortable, full of amenities, and just blocks from the Rio Grande River.

Our stay at the Alamosa property was very nice. The house was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet as advertised. Proximity to the sand dunes and to the grocery stores was a convenience that we really enjoyed. Communication was great and check in was very easy. We enjoyed our stay in Alamosa and we’re happy we chose this property.

Great stay in Alamosa

We stayed 2 nights at this property and had a good visit! The manager forgot to provide us the code for the lock box however answered our call immediately and provided what we needed. We loved having the pool table and foosball table! We had a great time visiting the Sand Dunes and local pizza shop/brewery. The pictures advertising the property are accurate. We saw many deer during our stay which was fun. I would recommend this property and would stay again!

Spacious! Perfect for Family

We really enjoyed our stay at this location in Alamosa. It was perfect for families and had a highchair as well as pack n’ play and infant swing. There were games in the closet and basic cooking utensils and even some seasonings in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and there was a spacious garage that you could park in to make sure your vehicle was safe and protected from the weather. The home was more spacious than expected and the temperature was cool and comfortable. Location was perfect for getting to downtown Alamosa and was nearby other local attractions such as the Hot Springs, Zapata falls, and the Manassa fairgrounds. Near the grocery store and gas station as well, which was very convenient! The home was clean and everything was exactly as expected or better! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well furnished house. Good kitchen well stocked. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location for us. The bedding and beds were so comfortable! Garage was a huge plus! Could use a handrail at the front steps!

Homey and family friendly home with all that we needed.

Wonderful stay in this 3 bedroom home. This house had all that we needed for our week stay in Alamosa. It comfortably fit our 4 adults and 3 kids. Great location within walking distance to a path along the Rio Grande River.

Relaxing graduation stay

Really comfortable and well located house. Easy to walk to campus and well arranged furniture. Pool table and foosball was fun. Highly recommend staying here. Master bedroom bathroom and attached closet washer, dryer was nice to have

Delightful Alamosa Home

Loved our stay here! It was so cozy, from the couches, to the blankets, and the beds. It was a perfect place to relax and spend time together. We enjoyed playing foosball, cards, and watching tv. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and made cooking easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful

Great long weekend visiting family in the area. The Home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large back yard and pool table were a huge plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal including spices and oils. We will stay here next time we visit! Thank you!

Hidden Gem in the San Luis Valley

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Outside The home is nice and the grounds are and the yard is well manicured. The home has a garage with opener on the adjoining street. That is added comfort and security that will bring us back to stay at this property. Inside The home is well kept and very clean. It’s has everything you need and more. They have a dishes, pots, pans, and coffee maker. There was even a French Press to make coffee. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spotless. We enjoyed our stay and the kids were sad to leave. Every morning you can open the blinds and see 4-6 deer leisurely foraging in the front yard. We have family in the valley and have always booked with VRBO in the past, and will be returning to this property when we return in a couple of months. The host answered every question promptly and I was thankful for that. Michelle, we enjoyed your home and will be returning soon. I’ve been putting off remodeling my master bathroom, but my wife won’t let me after staying at your place. Lol

My husband, Mark grew-up working in his family owned business, in Alamosa. Mark loves being outdoors. He has enjoyed all the mountains around the San Luis Valley. We got married in the late 80's. A few years later we started a family. We got into the rental business over 25 years ago.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We purchased this property early in 2015. As soon as we saw it, we thought it would make a great vacation home because of the location. It is a family oriented neighborhood, house is a single story, quiet, spacious home. This home is on one of the prettiest streets in Alamosa. In the Spring, the crabapple trees are in bloom. The whole street looks pink. It's just a small walk to the Rio Grande River, where there is a trail to bike, walk or run. Two blocks from Safeway and Star Buck.
