Come and spend your vacations in this pleasant semi-detached vacation house completely renovated!
Enter the living room with a flat-screen TV. Get your aprons on! Even on holiday, you can whip up tasty dishes in the open-plan kitchen: 2 induction hobs, extractor fan, microwave, electric oven, NESPRESSO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine...
A bedroom with a 140cm bed + a chest of drawers and a bathroom with toilet, on the first floor.
Upstairs you will find a mezzanine bedroom with a sofa bed in 80cm and a second bedroom with 1 bed in 140cm.
The sun points the tip of its nose? Sit comfortably on its terrace and enjoy a coffee, a cocktail or a barbecue meal..... with family or friends!
CLOSED TERRACE NOT OVERLOOKED - GARDEN FURNITURE - PARASOL - 2 DECKCHAIRS - ELECTRIC BARBECUE - COMMON PARKING FOR RESIDENTS ONLY
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 ⏠per day or 39.90 ⏠per week within the limits of available stock
