This house is available on VRBO to help cover my father-in-law's long-term care and related expenses. He's owned this home for 30 years. In 2021 he moved out of this place and into an assisted living facility. Thanks to our VRBO guests, the home he worked for, now works for him.

Private home with covered carport in Jacksonville's Avondale neighborhood. Situated in an upscale neighborhood and only 3 miles from downtown. Conveniently located with a hip population and trendy bars & restaurants less than 0.3 miles away (walking distance).
Three Bedrooms (1 king, & 2 queen), each with nightstand, lamps, mirror, a bedroom chair, smart TVs connected to high speed internet, electrical outlets containing USB & USB-C ports, ceiling fan, ample closet space with clothes hangers. Windows with blinds and blackout curtains.
Bathrooms: 1.5 bathrooms - Situated between the Primary bedroom and the hallway. (Jack and Jill style)

When you rent this home, youâre renting from individuals and not a 3rd party management company. This is the only home we rent. We answer all messages personally and designed the home to be a cozy and comfortable place to stay. We want it to be a place we would enjoy coming to (and we often do).
