The house overall was spacious and very well decorated. However the cleanliness lacked severely. There were pizza boxes in the oven with pizza still in them. The floors were not cleaned. Swept or mopped. Dead bugs were everywhere. Human hair was present in sheets and towels.

Wow! I was not aware of your experience and will address this with the cleaning team. I wish I would have had an opportunity to address these issues during your stay. This is not the standard or normal experience for my guest. My apologies for the condition of the home. Please contact me if you decide to return to Jacksonville. I would like to make this right.
