The unit is fully stocked and comes with anything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The Alii Cove complex is located on prestigious Alii Drive and less than a mile from Kailua Pier, 10 minutes walk to Coconut Grove Marketplace with restaurants and shops.
This Alii Cove unit provides spectacular sunset views! This particular unit is a short walk to pool, hot tub, fitness center and BBQ, and has an ocean view from the main lanai and upper lanai.
It is nicely decorated in high end island style furnishings. It features two bedrooms, two full baths and a loft. There is a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, great room, guest bedroom and bath on the lower level.
Upstairs is a well-lit loft set up as a mini office with a beautiful partial ocean view and hide-a bed couch and 2 chairs to lounge around. High Speed Internet and Cable TV included. Beach chairs, beach cooler, various beach gears are stocked in the unit for your use.
The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is a short walk from Alii Cove. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep-sea fishingâŠJust about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge on the beach or by the pool!
