Kom och njut av vårt avkopplande 1 sovrum, nyombyggt, fullt lager lägenhet i Kona Shores, en söt äldre lägenhetskomplex på den natursköna Ali'i Drive mindre än en mil från staden. 1 helt ny Queen-skumsäng, 1 Queen-bäddsoffa och köksbord rymmer alla bekvämt 4 personer. Ny luftkonditioneringsenhet i vardagsrummet kyler snabbt hela platsen nu när vi öppnade väggen till sovrummet för en rymlig känsla. Bottenvåningsenheten på Ali'i-enheten ger dig enkel tillgång till den tilldelade parkeringsplatsen för att göra att komma och gå en bris. Vår lägenhet är fullt lager i köket och badrum för 4 personer med allt du behöver. Vi erbjuder också solstolar, ett paraply och en svalare du kan använda medan du njuter av din vistelse hos oss. Poolen vid havet är fantastiskt att sitta och titta på solnedgången. Grönt flash-kaffe finns bredvid och staden ligger mindre än en mil gångavstånd.

Gästtillgång:
När du bor på vår lägenhet har du tillgång till den gemensamma lägenheten vid havet, en grillplats som är delad men också kan reserveras och en myntstyrd tvättstuga. Nycklarna finns i en låsbox och en tilldelad parkeringsplats tillhandahålls bekvämt belägen utanför bakre Lanai-dörren. Kona Shores är lika äldre komplex men väl underhållen. Snälla röka inte inne i lägenheten.

Vi vill att du ska känna dig som hemma under din vistelse på vår lägenhet och låsboxen för nycklar gör att du kan komma och gå utan att oroa dig för att förlora nycklar. Vi bor cirka 15 minuter uppför kullen. Vi är ett telefonsamtal för alla frågor, rekommendationer eller underhållsbehov.

The property was awesome! I had one small issue with a spider, could happen anywhere! Make sure that the Raid is stocked lol. Location was very nice, close to the coffee shop. Hostess was very helpful. Make sure to take in the view of the pool. Also, a step stool for the microwave would be nice. We are shortl!

Loved this!

Great rental for 2 people. Pool was beautiful! Less tha 1/2 mile to magic sands and wave pool. Coffee shop is next door. We could hear the road, but we’re just not the types that bothers. Disabled mother had no issues accessing the unit from parking. Contact person was wonderful and made check in so easy!

Old and dated

Unit is very dated. There is one bed and a sofa sleeper. I can’t imagine how 4 people could stay here. There is only one little sofa inside which seats 2. Also one small 5 drawer dresser so you couldn’t unpack more than two. The fridge is very rusty and stained in outside. The lids to the pots are greasy. After taking off my shoes and walking on the floor my feet were dirty. Unit is right on the main road so very noisy at night with cars, motorcycles and trucks. Porch light is burned out so difficult to operate lock box in the dark.

OK spot in Kona (Read On)

The advertisement is a bit misleading. The complex has a small rocky beach that is oceanfront in the very back. This unit is in the front of the complex and on the main road, so there is alot of traffic noise and you could feel the big subwoofers when they drove by. The unit is old and in need of updating. Refridgerator is rusty. Really, it has a bunch of rust on it. On the positives, it is a short 1 mile walk to the downtown area close to everyting, the bed was comfy and the ac worked well.

The apartment was very well equipped. There was beach/pool/snorkel equipment as well as pool towels. The kitchen had enough room for everything and a table that was just perfect for the four of us. Our child really enjoyed the toys and books.We had enough room for our suitcases and even with the couch bed it never seemed to crowded. The pool was awesome and had some shade to sit and watch the kids. The street could be a little noisy at times but at night it was just fine.

The property was well maintained pleasing to the eye great location

Overall it was a great experience the place had all details you would expect from a tropical vacation spot lush vegetation beach themed decor really nice pool and party area lots of amenities fully stocked with everything you would need lots of cute little touches Very quiet at night bed was comfortable felt safe loved being close to town easy to get everywhere Green Flash coffee was awesome right next door with a menu in the condo Tiffany the owner was very friendly checked in periodically via email to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed Which we did! Really helped make my first trip to Hawaii all I hoped it would be. Would definitely recommend this place 😊🤟 Mahalo VRBO and Tiffany Harrigan!

Older property with very thin walls. Wasn’t clear that unit barely 10 feet from the 24/7 traffic on major road. That was disappointing. Adequate place but like most places here, overpriced for what you get. Bed is very comfortable and owner is so very responsive!!

Disappointing

Lovely pool and commons area, but the condo is dark, dank and musty. It is 20 feet from busy Ali’i Drive, so it is quite noisy. Not what we expected from a VRBO rental, ie: rusty fridge, smelly rug and no bar of soap in the bathroom.

Perfect Stay for Our Quick Trip

Our trip to the Big Island was short this time around but the vacation rental was amazing. It was exactly what we needed for the few days we were there and the location was very convenient. The whole process from check in to check out was easy and was communicated with us well!

Parfait camp de base pour explorer la région. Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Belle piscine au bord de la mer. N’avons pas utilisé l’espace BBQ car un peu loin de l’unité mais nous cuisinions au condo. Merci pour le beau séjour trop court!

Great Place!

Our family and I had a few rentals at Kona Shores. It was a great location, not overly crowded, and our host was very friendly making sure we had everything we needed even during a busy holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend!

Ideal for our Stay

We only stayed 1 night; so for our purposes - the unit was ideal. A short walk from the unit was the oceanfront pool. This was pretty impressive. The entire complex was well maintained and secure. The unit itself was well stocked and roomy enough for the 4 of us for the night. Make sure you book an excursion to see the Manta Rays at night. It was the highlight of our 3 week Hawaiian vacation.

We love the beach, shell hunting, surfing, fishing, tanning, relaxing! We live a busy life with 3 kids but still enjoy each day and make sure to enjoy our island every weekend. I am a stay at home mom and my husband is a commercial fisherman. We are excited to host you at this special place that we met. We hope you enjoy the home, pool, and shoreline sunsets as much as we did living there!

Kona shores is located on the scenic Ali'i drive less that a mile from town. The complex is an old but well maintained property. Beautiful ocean front pool to watch the sunset and BBQ grills for use to end your day relaxing in paradise.
