Beautiful and spacious corner apartment located within the family urbanization of Puerto Alto, close to the Port of Estepona .The property is available all year round for short term rentals and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy costal life in the south of Spain. Excellent for vacations with friends or family, combining beach with relaxation.
The flat comprises of a bright and good size open plan living/dining room, tastefully furnished, opening in to a very large fully equipped south facing terrace. There is a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with oven ,washing machine and microwave,3 large bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Additional features include beach towels,Wifi Internet,TV and air conditioning.
The complex has two community pools, where you can cool off. Opening hours of the swimming pools, depending on the season varies.
Just 50m from the port of Estepona which offers an excellent selection of [hidden] short walk from the necessary services:international restaurants with menus in English, tapas bars ,pharmacies ,medical centers ,supermarkets ,shops and [hidden] picturesque whitewashed old town with its beautiful Spanish-style plazas is just a short walk down the boulevard .
