Our spacious family home has been completely renovated to share with STL visitors looking for a unique place to stay. With 100-year-old brickwork throughout and old growth timber finding new life in the masterfully crafted staircase, countertops, and shelving, you might just want to move right in. You'll have full access to the entire property which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to all the fun St. Louis has to offer.

The property was very nice and clean. The main floor is an open plan and lends itself well to everyone staying there to gather without being crowded. I saw some reviews that were concerned about the neighborhood. That is not a concern. The neighborhood is great.I have used this host before and they are very good at communicating. Not only would I stay here again, i would have confidence in staying at any proprety they own.

Great House, Great Location, Great Hosts

Cannot speak highly enough about this place. The location is perfectly located to get to most STL attractions quickly. The house itself is comfortable and well decorated. I agree with some of the comments regarding privacy, given that many of the windows are a few feet away from the neighbors windows, but not a deal killer. Hosts were great and responsive. Overall, it was a great stay!

St Louis visit

The property is very cozy and comfortable for a small group. The location is perfect for getting to/from downtown and there's ample parking in the rear which is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this place and use it again on future visits.

Spring Break getaway

The house was clean and centrally located. Nothing was more than a short drive away for our family vacation. Beds were really comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for us!

Perfect & accurate info given. Loved the kitchen area. Felt safe. “4” for cleanliness was because I dropped my ring & it rolled under the bed. Cleaning company needs to run a Swiffer under the bed. Rest of the place was perfect!

Great place in St louis

Enjoyed a great weekend in STL. The house was perfect for our group. All amenities that you would need, spacious, and comfortable beds. Edward was very responsive and even checked with us to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay! Would definitely recommend this place when coming to St. Louis.

The location of this place was perfect for us! Quick to get everywhere we had planned to go. The owners were so nice and had a quick response time. The inside was beautiful. It was 2 families of 4, and the size was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come to STL!

TERRIFIC STAY!!!

First of all, and most important to us, the property was exactly as depicted in the listing. Beautiful and charming home. Location is ideal, being close to The Hill, downtown activities, Tower Grove Park and more. Super clean and well stocked. Extremely quiet neighborhood and we had great communication throughout our stay. 10/10 property and would definitely stay again on our next visit to St. Louis!

Ideal, safe location

This property is in a safe neighborhood nearby some key St. Louis attractions and made an ideal family getaway for the weekend. It's a charming, spacious house. 2 full + 1/2 bathrooms was a huge benefit to allow everyone their own corner of privacy. The owners are very attentive and good communicators that seem very invested in making your experience a positive one. The place is clean with a well stocked kitchen which helps to save on your food budget to enjoy other things. Vacation went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this place!

Another great stay. Keep coming back

Listen this property is so good I’ve been saying here whenever I’m in town for an annual conference. This place is great, professional communication, clean property, and a no brainer. I can reserve this property and not think about it again because they do it right. Too many times people only speak up or are noticed when things go bad. This place is so good you can move on (mentally) to other things about your trip because the question of a great place to stay is settled.

Family Fun in St. Louis!

This VRBO was a great place to stay for our family vacation! The owners have done a fantastic job renovating a 100+ year old home leaving it with all kinds of historic charm mixed with modern comforts. The pictures are exactly how it looks and the beds are very comfortable. While it’s not within walking distance of much, it’s a very short drive or Uber ride from everything and centrally located. Eddie was very responsive to any and all questions we had. It was a perfect place to relax in the evenings after a day filled with all kinds of fun and had plenty of room for our 12 year olds to have their own space. Thanks for the hospitality! If we come back to STL, this house will definitely be at the top of the list of places to stay!

Great Graduation Getaway

We had a great experience at this home! Our family converged on this home from Kansas City, Denver, and Florida to attend a college graduation at WashU. The location of the home was very convenient to the school, as well as to the highway, good restaurants, and downtown STL. The parking space in the back of the house worked well for our two SUVs. We felt comfortable in the house. You could tell the home had recently been renovated. It looked new. There were pictures of what the inside of the house looked like prior to being redone. It was amazing to see the transformation. Our host checked in on us via text our first morning in the house to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which was very considerate. We had everything we needed. I only wish we had discovered this house earlier in our son’s college career. We’ll have to stay again during his reunions!

We enjoyed the property and had a very good stay. The house is nicely remodeled and everything was clean and as it appears in the photos. The host was responsive with any concerns.The only reason it was not a 5 star is that there are some windows that do not have window coverings including the master bedroom which faces directly into the neighbors window only a few feet away. This made my wife very uncomfortable.

Great location, nice house. Visiting family in STL. Note to renters, it says they have a pack and play but you have to request. The property manager responded very quickly which was appreciated! Dryer was broken which was more than a minor inconvenience
