So perfect!

This property was beyond awesome! Very well maintained and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect at nighttime and the bikes provided were perfect during the day. We would love to come back and stay here in Sunriver again!

Great house!

I have nothing but good things to say about this home. Family friendly. Clean. Living room furniture is comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfy; kids and adults slept well! We appreciated that there were plenty of bikes available. The kids loved the ping pong table. The home is located in a nice and quiet area. Hope to stay here again!

Quiet property in Sunriver

The property was very clean and check in and out were simple. The house is located near Circle 7 so it is a drive to the far end once you enter Sunriver. It is close to the 5 mile path to Lava Lands. The hot tub and deck are relaxing spaces. Lots of towels provided, too. Having access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. The garage has a ping pong table and bikes so you park in the driveway (space for two cars.) The one downside is that the bikes (there were about 7) weren’t in great shape (one had a flat tire and another a bad pedal) but hopefully the property manager will fix that issue (might be worth asking if you are counting on bike riding.)

Outstanding Stay!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay at this home. While it is small, it was the perfect house for us. It slept the 5 of us comfortably, was very clean, had air conditioning, a clean hot tub, and very clean garage with a new ping pong table. The property managers at Bennington Properties continue to keep the bar raised high on customer service. We won't rent through anyone else in Sunriver. We will come back to this again!
