SWELL TIME CONDO at Seaside Beach: Ocean Front

The whales, waves, the birds and on my gosh look at that, you can see all the way to Washington on a clear day! Wow you made it to the beach and this is a condo you will never forget. We love how easy it is go stroll out to the green grass and enjoy the out door salt air right on the bluff overlooking the pacific. In the winter time you can watch big waves and surfers fly by below and in summer be on the lookout for whale spouts as the th migrations will pass right in front of you. We are excited to offer this property in our program and expect you will enjoy this wonderfully appointed and beautifully decorated condo at a location that will take your breath away!
If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! The minimum age for renting is 25 years old
Occupancy: 6 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)
Maximum Vehicles : 2 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)
EXTRA THINGS TO NOTE: While this condo is located on the first floor, there are stairs outside leading to the condo from the parking lot.
Nightly minimums and rates will vary depending on market conditions:
Peak Season - 4 night minimum
Holidays - 3-4 night minimum over Holidays/Major Events
Off Season (October â May) - 2 night
Check Out Expectations :
Guests must lock up and secure the home upon departure.
