OCEAN PEARL at Seaside Beach: Well above the tsunami zone on Tillamook head, sits a well-appointed 2-bedroom, two-bath condo with a private gated entry. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. It has a private patio adjoining a park-like lawn overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean, with a view of the entire North Coast bay to Cape Disappointment 25 miles to the north on the Washington mouth of the Columbia. Directly below watch surfers negotiate 15-foot breakers, eagles soaring and if you're lucky, see Orcas and whales. Don't forget your binoculars! Also situated directly across from the popular trailhead for Tillamook Trail Head park hiking trails as well as short walking distance to the beloved Seaside Sunset Cove area for surfing, bike riding, golf, dining, pubs, and shopping.Â

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! The minimum age for renting is 25 years old
Occupancy: 4 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)
Maximum Vehicles : 2 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)
EXTRA THINGS TO NOTE: While there are no stairs in the home itself, there are several stairs required to reach the entrance of the home from the parking lot.
Nightly minimums and rates will vary depending on market conditions:
Peak Season - 4 night minimum
Holidays - 3-4 night minimum over Holidays/Major Events
Off Season (October â May) - 2 night

Guests must lock up and secure the home upon departure.

At Seaside Vacation Homes we are very selective on allowing properties into our collection and while more homes = more money, we have historically turned away most of the 300+ rental homes in our area because we felt they would not offer you the value in location, amenities, layout and condition needed to keep you coming back to stay with us. Specializing in offering you the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points has been the foundation to our business model. Not only must the home be desirable but also the homeowners we work with must have a perspective that allow us to do what is needed to ensure your guest stay is perfect.
