Enjoy the outdoor tropical bamboo shower, screened in front porch with ceiling fan, private back deck that steps down into fenced-in back yard (dogs can be off leash and hanging out too!), bbq, firepit. Behind the enclosed yard is another acre of open space for your use (football, soccer…). Property has ample room for parking including space to bring your boat!

Upstairs features bright, large master bedroom overlooking back yard with cal king bed, tv, and sitting area; second bedroom with twin over full bunk bed; and third bedroom with queen bed & tv.

Downstairs features bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and newly renovated open concept dining room and living room with tv, modular sofa (can arrange to be bed), recliner, and sleeper sofa. There is an additional large room on first floor with mission queen size bedroom set, tv and wardrobe. Off the back deck is a wonderful outdoor tropical shower!

Equipped kitchen includes cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils, pans, basic spices, dish towels, keurig, blender, toaster, microwave. House has variety of board games, books, other toys/games.

A Perfect Beach House

Our trip was absolute perfection. The owner was great about responding to all my messages, the house was very clean, tidy & cozy. It was exactly what we needed to celebrate my friends 30th. It was rainy & cold that weekend so we were unable to use the outdoor space, however, we will ABSOLUTELY return once the weather is warmer.

Great Long Weekend in the Off Season

We love Bethany in the summer so wanted to experience the area in the off season. We enjoyed this home, which had a lot of charm and was very clean and comfortable for our family of four (including our girls who are 8 and 6), our moms and our dog, Lola. The yard being fenced in was a huge bonus and the property was centrally located to everything in Ocean View and Bethany.The off season was surprisingly livelier than anticipated and we enjoyed our quiet, relaxing weekend. The owners were very responsive and made it easy to set up the sheets/linen service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great spot for beach getaway

Our family of four (+ dog) had a wonderful long weekend here. The house was clean inside and out, everything worked well--from WiFI to gas grill in the backyard--and the location was excellent. We did not need much communication because we didn't encounter any issues, but in our limited interactions Rebecca and Ivan were responsive, timely, and pleasant to deal with. We would very gladly stay here again.

Amazing spot if you have dogs

We had a great time with my family and 3 large dogs. It's hard to find a rental that allows 1 dog let along multiple dogs. The fenced in yard was great for the pups, and then to have an additional yard in the back where you can play fetch was super helpful. The house was clean, and comfortable. We had multiple compliments on the comfort of the various mattresses. The renovated bathrooms were great as well. Definitely will rent again during our next beach vacay. Also walking distance from CVS, Royal Farms, and a great ice cream spot.

Good for pets

This property was an ok stay. It was dirty when we arrived, but Tom was very helpful and came back to retouch the areas that needed cleaning. It appears the house doesn't have central AC as it got really hot on the second floor. I was able to bring my dog, and the property is located in a good area.

Dog friendly

Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The dog yard was a great feature. Entrance to the house was easy and convenient. Lots of parking. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great time

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The house was wonderful, clean and charming. The outdoor shower was wonderful and the dogs loved the backyard. We enjoyed the deck as well as the front porch and loved all the outside options. It was close to many things yet still felt private when we were at the house. The owners were great and responsive and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful two weeks!!!!

Nice and quiet area

Overall nice area and quiet considering it sits near main road. One hiccup that was answered very quick. Close to restaurants and beaches. Would stay here again.

Great area, good house.

It was a short weekend but we really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location, not too close and not too far from the beach and other activities. It was family friendly AND dog friendly which is hard to find. It also had a nice fenced in yard! The house was nice but could use some general and security upgrades. Better locks and lights outside, and bathroom upgrades would really be lovely! We would recommend this house.

Charming Country Home

I loved this house. I would buy it. It is airy with large rooms. It feels like my grandmother's house did. The big yard was perfect for my dog to chase frisbees and balls. This is an older home and very inviting, but if you want new and trendy it may not be for you. We will book again.

Roomy and perfect for dogs

Everything was ok. Only a few issues, property manager showed up acting like she didn’t know we was supposed to be there, but I had good communication with the owners! The house was set on 60 and it Never got cooler than 72, and I know the upstairs was way hotter, made it hard to sleep. Not sure but I think it was a blower issue! There was no lights in two of the rooms (I put I lightbulb in one). And never did figure out tv remotes.So no tv. Also a broken dining chair was a little scary, but had folding chairs for us to use. But yard was wonderful! I liked the washer and dryer! Outdoor shower was great! The rooms were nice and roomy! Plenty of seating!Well equipped! Dishwasher was nice to have.

Nice quiet beach house

Had a great time at Bethany beach . Was an excellent place to stay with family and children. It was nice to have our own space and a back yard . It was quiet but still close to places like OC Maryland and Rehobeth Delaware. The house was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a little far to walk to the beach but if you like to bike it’s not far at all . Plus it is right close to some stores and a diner and an awesome ice cream shop . Overall a great place to stay .I would stay here again .

Cute Beach Cottage!

My family had a great experience! The house is well equipped with everything you need for a weeks stay. The outdoor shower was a really nice bonus. It made it so easy to get kids ready after a long day at the beach. The location of the home is perfect. It's an easy quick drive to town and the beach. CVS and Royal farms are with in walking distance for a convince items. Overall we loved our stay here!

Great location, dog-friendly, excellent hosts

Our family (4 adults, two young children & black lab) enjoyed our stay at Ivan and Rebecca’s beach house. We loved the front (enclosed) and back porch with the fenced in yard. The private outdoor shower was super convenient, especially since there is only one full-bath inside the house. The mattresses on the beds were very soft, so consider if you are prone to sore backs. The house is stocked with a variety of board games and puzzles which make for fun evenings after a day on the beach. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Ivan and Rebecca were very quick to respond to correspondence!

Great place to stay

We were looking for a place near Bethany over the 4th of July weekend. This was perfect. Two mile walk or bike ride to the beach. Roomy, well-equipped and maintained, and very clean house. Strongly recommended to anyone need room for 9-10 people, including use of first floor living room sofa bed.

Cute place

Cute home but could use some repairs - nails in steps were painful on bare feet and bathroom doorknob fell off. Not close enough to the beach to walk and trolly didn’t come frequently enough. Very spacious though and the beds were super comfortable. Floors were a bit dirty which was a disappointment.

Johnson mini-reunion

We loved everything about this property. The house was spacious, comfortable, colorful, and perfect for our family. The back deck was our favorite, and we spent a lot of time sitting and laughing and playing games. We loved the comfortable beds, the many couches and the artful touches. We would most definitely rent again!
