Enjoy this newly built three-bedroom apartment near the center of Estepona, close to the prestigious New Golden Mile and Marbella. It stands out for its large sunny terrace and a refreshing pool.
The apartment has three elegant bedrooms. The main room has a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each and share an additional bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have access to private balconies, where you can enjoy the views and fresh [hidden] jewel in the crown is the large terrace, accessible from the living room. Here you will find a dining table to enjoy al fresco meals and additional chairs to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The apartment also offers access to a platform of more than 800 square meters on the second floor of the building, from where you can enjoy stunning views of Estepona, the blue sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. This common area has a children's pool and another 20-meter long pool for swimming, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas for the enjoyment of residents. The calm atmosphere of the entire complex ensures a relaxing stay.
In addition to these amenities, the apartment's location is exceptionally convenient. Just a 5-minute walk away is the port, with lovely restaurants and, a little further, the bay and the beach of Estepona. Every Wednesday, a market is held in a nearby street, and on Sundays there is another market in the port. Also nearby is the old bullring, now used for cultural events.
