Perfect Spot

Very nice accommodations. Every thing was in good working order. Location couldn’t have been better for visiting the Old Town area. Lots of restaurants, stores, and bars. Easy access for fishing too.

Great spot, charming downtown

This was the perfect spot to explore the walkability of Old Town Ft Collins. The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we could have needed.

A gem in the heart of Old Town

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully done and right in the heart of old town. It’s in very short walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The inside is designed well and very cozy. We will be back!

This is such a great place! The location is perfect if you want to be in Old Town. Very well appointed, clean, and cozy! The owner Chistine was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we'll absolutely be back!!

Great location and beautiful property

The Loft on Mountain was beautifully done! It was perfect for a quick getaway. We were able to walk to dinner in Old Town in a matter of minutes. The place was quiet and cozy. We’ll be back!

Old town wonder

Just 5 minute walk from amazing restaurants and shopping, this gem is just the right size for 2. Since it’s off college ave it is quite and private. A great space to spend the day relaxing before heading into town or to the nearby breweries.

Perfect Place

In Fort Collins for wedding, this loft was in an ideal location at the end of Mountain Ave so no road noise! Within walking distance to everything in Old Town. Loved our stay at The Loft!

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I had an amazing stay. The condo is spectacular. Clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. It’s great location with easy access to everything in town. We’ll definitely be back!

Great experience!

The place was exactly what we needed for our visit to Fort Collins. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was stocked with nearly everything we needed if we decided to eat in. Great experience and would definitely stay again!

Amazing!

This is a great spot to stay in Fort Collins. My only regret is that we didn’t get to spend more time in the rental. It would be a great spot to host a few people and entertain. We were within walking distance of many great shops, restaurants, and bars. It was easy to hop in the car and check out trails and other activities. If we ever make it back to Fort Collins, we will definitely stay here again!

Graduation weekend

This place was AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, centrally located - literally had everything we needed and more! My only regret is that I didn’t entertain anyone - because it would have been so easy, and fun, to do! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wow, just wow!

This is a stunningly l beautiful property in a fantastic location with access to downtown restaurants and events. The owners have thought of everything for their guests and were very good with arrival and departure communications. Instructions are available for equipment when they are needed. I'll definitely stay again!

This was probably one of the best VRBO properties in which I've ever stayed. The space was great, location was amazing, parking was easy, the home was well stocked, well appointed, super clean and there were nice touches left for us like waters, coffee, etc. The hosts were communicative. Five Star for sure!

Perfect Old Town getaway!

Best VRBO in Old Town Fort Collins! The location is fantastic. Super clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We opted for the additional 4 course Loft dinner package with the adjoining Melting Pot and they hit the ball out of the park! I have a long list of food allergies which they took very seriously and went over the top to make sure that everything I ate was safe. AND they served us our meal in the privacy of the loft! If you’re looking for a romantic getaway right in the heart of Old Town, this is the place.

Great place and great location

Super awesome space and really nicely designed and finished. Definitely exceeded our expectations in that department. We were extremely comfortable. Only two downsides: - No designated parking space, but instructions for parking were clear and easy. You can park about a block down for free overnight. - There’s a door from the property into the restaurant next door, which is kinda weird, but they assured us that it locks from both sides. There’s a gap under the door so you can hear people working/talking on the other side. Also there’s a pretty strong smell of greasy food when the restaurant is open. If it were my place I’d put in a heavier and better sealed door. Overall awesome place and would stay there again!

Ryan and I (Christine), love to travel! In our travels, we have stayed in many types of Hotels, B&Bs/Inns, and Vacation Rentals. It's always been a dream of ours to offer a space for others to stay in an area that's worth exploring. Old Town, Fort Collins is a gem! We designed the Loft on Mountain to be a peaceful, unique space in which to stay - to enhance your experience in Old Town and the surrounding area.

Ryan is an Engineer by trade, and I am a Graphic Designer. We both deviated from those carriers to open restaurants. The Melting Pot, Rodizio Grill, Social, and Union Bar & Soda Fountain (all located in Old Town) were our four "children." We are now retired and back to traveling often. It's our hope, that you will fall in love with Old Town - as we have.

The Loft on Mountain is in a prime location near many local breweries/distilleries, museums, boutique shopping, concert venues, bars & restaurants. There's even a nearby whitewater park and beautiful bike trails along the Poudre River. Be sure to stroll along the many alleyways for hole-in-the wall treasures, flowers & artwork.
