Our Favorite VRBO

We loved our stay at the loft! It was clean, modern, nicely decorated and it was the perfect location! We walked everywhere and enjoyed exploring downtown. From shopping to food to coffee to bars, the downtown location had it all.

Second time staying and it was great yet again

If you’re looking to stay in the heart of Old Town, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything is within walking distance, including CSU’s campus. There is a parking deck two blocks away. The place is clean, spacious enough for four or more and well laid out.

Beautiful flat

An excellent flat!! Two couples stayed here for one night & we will definitely stay here again. Excellent location, super cute place, we wish we could have stayed longer.

A Little Gem in Ft Collins

Perfect location/walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants in downtown Ft Collin. Very clean and well kept property. Big bonus… coffee shop just downstairs!

Perfect Place to stay

The location can't be beat! Even on one of the busiest weekends of the year we always found parking within a block behind the main street. Apartment was great - had everything we needed - the beds were comfortable. Really a great value. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great central Ft Collins loft

Loved our stay. Beautiful loft, comfy beds, right in the center of town. Definitely more for adults and you have to haul your stuff up a ling flight of stairs as there is no secure parking.

Adorable loft in the middle of Old Town

Great place in a great location! Adorable coffee shop right downstairs and ice cream right next door! Ear plugs came in handy, especially on Friday and Saturday night. Would stay here again for sure!

Fun, central downtown location

This is a lovely little loft, perfect for people interested in being out and about while in FoCo. The parking situation is not ideal, however, we were able to make it work with little to no struggle.

Fort Collins loft-perfect

I brought my dog to visit my daughter, a CSU student. The loft is perfectly located and is ideal for a couple, a family, etc as there are two bedrooms. The owner was responsive to my questions and very accommodating. I will absolutely look to stay there again on subsequent visits.

Fun Get-a-way for the Holiday

Traveled to Fort Collins to spend the holiday with my CSU daughter. The apartment was perfect for a comfortable reprieve from campus tours, shopping and enjoying numerous restaurants that are walking distance. The apartment was clean and kitchen had all the tools we needed when making a meal. Would happily stay here again. I did not need to make contact with the property manager, so I gave that category 5 stars too!!

Secretly Secluded... in the Middle of Everything!

Thanks for everything, Bobby! Your place was quite clean and obviously renovated recently. Location was excellent. Close to everything and the perfect spot for enjoying a stage of the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. We enjoyed some nightlife at The Mainline and simply wandered back across the street! I'll have to bring the family out next time and spend more than one night!

Awesome Loft-Style Apartment

Great location on College Ave. - Beautifully appointed apartment. It was perfect for 3 adults (or would have been even for 4). Large, airy comfortable rooms, small efficiency kitchen, comfortable beds. Parking was convenient and it could not have been better for walking to bars/restaurants/shopping. Lots to do downtown. Only draw-back was the noise at night, but we had earplugs, so even that was liveable.

Perfect location to experience downtown Fort Collins!

We rented both the walk-up units above Starry Night and they were awesome. The architecture and buildings in Old Town have so much character and this property is no exception. It has been upgraded with modern touches. It's very comfortable and spacious, just a short walk to so many shops, restaurants, and breweries. The only hiccup was parking as there are some fees and restrictions downtown - the area is so popular - but we lucked out with timing for street parking and the garage just a block behind the property is conveniently located, well-lit and secure. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to stay downtown.

Great location but needs work

Second stay in this condo that is located in the heart of old town. Clean and has comfy beds. The den furniture is not comfortable and there is a foul smell that comes from the kitchen sink at times. The plumber was arriving to address this when we checked out. Hopefully this will be fixed because it’s a fun place to stay otherwise.

This Place was AWESOME!!! Only place we will stay when we come to Fort Collins. Great find!!

We came to Fort Collins to visit our daughter who was on Spring Break. We found this place last min and what a FIND!!!! You can not beat the location, as it is in the middle of the entire downtown. We have stayed in other places for the same price and even more, but this Loft killed them. It was new, clean, and a great price for the 2 of us. The coffee shop below was wonderful too. The owner was easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable to book through him as we have not used VRBO much before. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to come to Fort Collins and experience the town it to the fullest. Thanks again and we already booked for the summer too!!

Super cute and modern clean feeling

We love the space and the quaint view. This place is so fun and close to everything. Our only negative is we did not sleep well here. We were prepared for the outside noise but the vents blow right over the bed all night making it difficult to sleep and we woke up stuffy from it both days. The vent also blows on the blinds in the bedroom all night causing them to smack around all night. Annoying noise. Sleep was not good but location is and it is cute, comfy and clean.
