Relax, Unwind and have a great time at Two Beaches! We have everything you need for an amazing time away. We are in the beautiful community of Serenity Point which is located at the southern tip of Topsail Island ~ allowing you beautiful views of the Topsail Sound and tranquil sounds of the Atlantic Ocean which are both just steps away. Walking to either or both beaches daily offers you much quality time with family and friends or just long reflective beach walks. Right next to our condo is the private community Pool which is for Serenity Point members and guests only.
Our home has two bedrooms, one loft, three full baths, a newly remodeled kitchen, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, two porches and an outdoor shower.
We think our condo is great for up to five people!

Salt Air, Ocean Breezes, and Relaxation

Wonderful time in this little get way at Two Beaches! Perfect for our family of 3. Mara was attentive without being intrusive, property allowed for enjoyment of both ocean and waterways (great for win the Rip Current is brutal). Will definitely be back again.

Quite beach getaway

The rental was beautiful with a modern beachy feel! Very close to the bay and beach. We enjoyed the quite family experience it offered. The property owners were very accommodating and helpful as well.

Great stay!

Wonderful place to stay! With a 7 week old and a 22 month old, it was great to be just minutes from two different beaches, and we loved being able to walk around the end of the island-such a unique experience! The nearby sea turtle hospital was a very fun attraction as well. The attention to detail in the house made all the difference.

Amazing place for your family and AMAZING sunsets

We had an amazing time at this property, perfect for our little family of four. We loved the option of the sound side, ocean side, the pool, it was all amazing. The sunsets you get at the house are AMAZING! We will definitely be back and stay next summer!

Wonderful!

Excellent location and great house! We loved the easy access to the sound (beautiful sunsets!) and the beach. We walked a couple extra minutes south on the beach and there were barely any people around and super fun tide pools every day. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in this condo and loved Topsail beach. The unit is walking distance to beach, the sound and the pool which was great for our kids. We have been staying at Serenity point for 15 years and this has been the best place we have stayed. The hosts provide so many “extras” and made our check-in- check-out process so easy. They provided all the information we needed before we had time to ask. Hope we can book this house next year!

Great place with 2 beach options

The property was excellent. The photos online are a perfect representation of the place. Walkable to 2 beaches - 1 a little smaller and more still (perfect for little kids). Bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Approx 15-20 min from a large Publix and Walmart grocery center. Hosts did a great job of providing me with info ahead of time and answering questions I had during the stay. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this property!! The house had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. We love being able to chooses between the beach and the sound just a short walk from the house. Mara and Barry checked on us a few times and answered any questions quickly. Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to return! The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach or the sound. It's much more private and quiet at this end of the island. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and our daughter *loved* her loft room. It was nice to return to the house after a long day at the beach. We loved the outdoor shower, the use of bikes and beach toys in the storage shed, the Keurig machine and board games. The kids are already asking when we can return. :-)

Beautiful location and home

This beach house was perfect! The furnishings were new and beautifully decorated. Beds were really comfortable and the kids enjoyed the loft. The hosts communicated very well and thought of everything from single serve condiments in the fridge to all the beach gear you need to enjoy the beach. We also loved that you could walk from the sound side to the Atlantic side every morning for a short 2 mile hike. Or in the evening you could do the same and enjoy the sunset. This was a very peaceful place that was much needed by our family.
