Please note: Due to the nature of the Nashville popularity boom, construction recently started near the home. You might experience some construction disruption Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM.

If you're looking for a home away from home, The Stratton offers competitive monthly pricing for extended stays starting at $2,200/month. Please be aware of the refundable security deposit of $500 before check-in for reservations between 30 days to 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 for stays exceeding 6 months.
