Located in one of Steamboat’s most popular condo complexes, this top-floor Timber Run 3-bedroom plus loft condo sleeps ten.
It has a private balcony and is close to the tennis court, swimming pool, and outdoor hot tubs. It is also just a few blocks from the base of the ski area, Wild Plum Market, and several restaurants.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is well-equipped to cook whatever you're craving after a full day of activities. With seating for 8 at the dining table, plus another 3 at the kitchen bar, there is room for all. The warm wood floors in the living area balance the natural light that streams through the large picture windows and sliding glass doors. A plush sleeper sofa, two cozy side chairs, a rocker face a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace with slate surround. In summer or winter, stroll out to the private balcony and enjoy the fresh mountain air with an après activity drink.

On the first floor, the first bedroom features a king bed, TV, and bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. Up the stairs is a master suite with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, king bed, and TV. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed. The two bedrooms upstairs share a spacious bathroom with a separate entry and tub/shower.

Timber Run has some of the best amenities in town, with a private ski locker, shuttle service, multiple hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, and a community grilling area. It is also just 3 blocks away from the slopes and a few miles to downtown.

Great stay

My only critique is there is not enough comfortable seating to accomodate 8 adults in the living area.

2022 Annual Ski Trip

The condo itself was nice and worked well for a group of 6 friends that have been doing an annual ski trip for the past 20 years. We have stayed at Timber Run many times. This trip was a disappointment due to the huge changes in the property. The hot tubs were filthy and foamed like crazy. The pool was cold and filthy. In the past it was always always crystal clean and fun to go swimming in the winter, not this time!! The shuttle was a pain and you waited hours to get one. Guess we are going to have to find a property that is not managed by Retreatia. Every one we have stayed with and they managed was not a good experience. Will look at going with Vacassa for our next stay. They always had shuttles around. Too bad, Timber Run was a favorite.

Great ski condo, super easy shuttle service

This was our first ever trip to Steamboat. The shuttle service made it super easy to get to the mountain and downtown. House social area was more spacious than pics made it seem. Our group of 7 was comfortable. Hot tubs, sauna, ski lockers all a bonus we utilized. Would recommend and stay again in the future. On site agents at the clubhouse were also super helpful.
