Very close to the mountain and the shuttle which picked up almost right outside of the door was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and spacious. The battery on the front door keypad was low, I reached out to maintenance and they were incredibly prompt and kind.

Great place for 2 families

3 bedrooms and 3 full baths make this condo ideal. The shuttle service is top notch. It comes every15 minutes and on demand in the evenings.

That sounds like a great setup! Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths definitely adds a lot of convenience, especially for larger groups. The shuttle service being so reliable and frequent is also a huge plus—super convenient for getting around. Was there anything else about the condo that stood out to you, like the amenities or the overall vibe?

Beautiful property

Stayed here for a long weekend with our kids. We loved this property! The kids spent lots of time on the balcony watching wildlife, and even spotted a few bears. The beds were comfortable, and the space was very clean.

Cozy cabin.

Enjoyed our stay at this warm and well-maintained property, only request is that they purchase new, darkening blinds for bedrooms, from parking, lot lights.

Good location for shuttle to mountain. The walking distances to lifts listed are not accurate. It is a 17-20 minute walk to lifts. The kitchen needs to be restocked of basic cooking needs. We had to purchase our own salt. Some of our guests complained that the showers did not drain well but that is minor. I would stay again for the shuttle convenience

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re very sorry that the cleaners arrived early—your comfort and privacy are important to us, and they should not have shown up before the 10 a.m. checkout time. We’ve followed up with our housekeeping team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We appreciate you letting us know, and we hope to provide you with a smoother experience on your next stay.

Everything was good. The only disappointing thing was the gas fireplace was broken and it was after hours on Friday night that we discovered that it was broken. We didn’t receive any return calls from the property management co during our stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that overall everything was good with your stay, but we’re very sorry for the disappointment with the gas fireplace and the lack of returned calls. That’s not the level of communication we aim to provide. We understand how much a fireplace can add to the experience, especially on a weekend getaway, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Our team is reviewing the issue and ensuring the fireplace and after-hours communication are addressed promptly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we’ll have the chance to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

Holiday Travels

Stayed in Steamboat with family (4 adults and 4 teenagers) over the holidays. Unit was the perfect size and the open floor plan allowed everyone the space to be comfortable. Walkable to the base but it is very uphill on the way back. Shuttle service was amazing - loop service to and from the mountain and booked a trip to and from dinner one evening. Would highly recommend.

Yampa Valley Success

We really enjoyed our stay here in Yampa Valley for our Ski Trip this past weekend. We got to the unit which was clean, orderly, and had a beautiful view of the Valley. The unit is located nearby the ski lifts, but not walking distance (Or ski in - Ski Out). There is a local shuttle that runs every 15 mins to the lift, and the ski lifts are the first stop! Overall a great unit that fit 8 of us comfortably. For the price you really cannot beat it. Would stay here again!

Did the job

The property was okay. We basically just slept there. Parking was difficult. Pictures look better than actual. Random furniture, disrepair plumbing. Did the job.
