The heart of Paris! A gorgeous one-bedroom with three large French windows (1 set from each room) Overlooking Place Edmond Michelet Park with views of Parisian rooftops and the Georges Pompidou Museum. 3rd floor, with elevator. All forms of transportation in every direction. Impeccably clean, safe, fantastic building and prime location. Washer/Dryer, Wireless WiFi, Cable, and all your favorite movie classics. This beautiful, extremely comfortable, elegantly decorated apartment is as central as you can get.
Important items:
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the building has an elevator. The lift stops at the 1/2 floor, so you will walk a few steps down or a few steps up, whichever you prefer, to the apartment door.
The apartment is in a car-free zone and a central location in the heart of everything. Please note that we are in a bustling area of Paris, so noise is always possible when in the heart of a city.

Per France laws, many rentals are on a "mobility lease," which requires 30 days or more and describes your reason for renting. Very easy, and happy to explain.

I am from the US and live in Paris and Chicago. I worked hard and fulfilled my life long dream of owning a place in the heart of Paris. I love to overlook the beautiful square outside my floor to ceiling windows and enjoy a glass of Rose while reading a book. Nothing more relaxing than to be at Monamour in Paris!
