This condo is located on the ground floor at Maravilla, so you can pull up a chair and enjoy the sight of the carefully manicured palm trees and well-landscaped scenery. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and all the cookware you will need. Maravilla 4108 is truly the place to spend your beach vacation!

Enjoy relaxing mornings and evenings on the private balcony before you journey down to the two and a half acres of private beach. Guests at Maravilla 4108 enjoy complimentary in-season beach service as well, with one umbrella and two chairs to lounge under. The two community pools also offer a fun time during your visit at Maravilla, with the fitness center, hot tub, clubhouse, Additionally, Maravilla has expanded its array of complimentary equipment for your enjoyment. From cornhole bags conveniently located in the mailbox of the cornhole area (clearly marked), to shuffleboard sticks and pucks, pickleball gear, tennis rackets and balls, and a basketball – all at your disposal. Great stay

We have been staying at Maravilla for the past 20 years every time we go to Destin and it never disappoints. Nice condo, management very responsive to any need and beautiful beach. Can’t go wrong.

4 stars only for upgrades

I have been staying in the marvilla for over 15 plus years with my family which is why I chose to stay again. The only issue I have was the couches had stains on them. I always put sheets on but they could look at upgrading them and getting a bigger TV in living room. They also did not have Netflix on the tv and would not allow us to add it for us to watch our shows on our own account.

Relaxing Stay

Property was very convenient. Pools and beach were only a few minutes walk. Two chairs and umbrella at beach were included with rental. They saved us from burning.

Very nice place for a family of 5, walking distance to the beach .!!

We loved our stay at this condo.!! It was very comfortable, closed to the beach with private beach access and everything was clean. they even had extra towels to use, kitchen wise it had everything we needed to cook.!! Pool was just across the condo perfect for the kiddos.!! Communication was excellent since the time of making the reservation.!! Definitely will come back to this place for future trips.!!

Great Location

We love staying in the Maravilla on our family vacations; however, this was a quick trip for just the 2 of us. The light in the kitchen didn't work properly but wasn't a huge issue as we spent most of our time at the beach or out doing stuff in Destin. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the carpet. With it being at the beach, I don't feel it is ever really clean - just my opinion.

Pull out sofa bed was filthy. Porch light didn't work. Couch itself was dirty. Food wrappers and tin foil on and under furniture and stuck to pillows. Awful shower that didn't feel clean at all. Difficult to reach anyone with the management company. Loud, foul mouthed people above us shouting obscenities til the wee hours. Unable to even find the beach service attendant to get our chairs and umbrella. They forgot to leave us our parking passes. Kitchen is NOT fully stocked and most of what was in it was dirty or stained. Dumpster was overflowing when we took trash out. Couldn't get a golf cart rental due to the HOA. the listing looked amazing but the reality is that this place wasn't even close to being worth the money spent on this rental unit. I will not be a repeat guest.
