The condo is really nice and there is an abundance of dishes and pot and pans. The owner is great to work with, she informed me about a problem with the ice maker and about a change to the gate code. And, just the fact that the condo came with beach chairs is a win, win!

Roaches we had to kill which were not the big roaches from outside and ants would crawl on you while setting on the couch watching tv. It was outdated as far as furniture because you could not get off the couch without struggling. It is not what we expected for what we paid. The entrance door you could see the light coming in the side to which we figured the ants came in. We were very disappointed in the condo. We have stayed at the Maravilla before and the one we stayed in was nice and clean.

Feedback is noted and appreciated. Steps have been taken to address the concerns. The condo association is responsible for pest control - they had just treated all buildings and condos prior to your arrival which often brings out the pests into the open. A partial refund was offered and accepted in compensation for the experience.

Communication was very good. Easy check in process. Very flexible host. Beach is gorgeous with nice boardwalks. Great restaurants close by. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella setup that came with the rental.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The home was well‑equipped, the location was convenient, and the check‑in process was smooth. Our family enjoyed the space and felt very welcome throughout the week. It was a great place to relax and make the most of our spring break. We would happily stay here again.

Great location! The gate code was change, so we held up a line of traffic coming in. The condo is starting to run down a bit, and it needs a deep clean, but the bed and bathroom were certainly clean. Overall, it was a good stay. I am a clean freak, so perhaps ithers won't notice.

Location was nice, with easy access to condo. Right by the heated pool and hot tub. The beach chairs and umbrella amenity was a nice plus. Would love to come back.

This dog-friendly property was just perfect! The relaxed feeling of all the other guests walking dogs and cats around was just joyful.Having a heated pool and hottub and fitness room were all excellent options. The best part was the ultra-fine white sand beach and a couple of walkable restaurants too! The condo was everything we needed and we appreciated not needing to be fussy about keeping everything immaculate. The main bedroom had a comfortable bed and the ceiling fans & AC kept us comfortable!The main bedroom does have a pretty bright light outside the window. If i come again, i will bring something to block the light better. We are not used to any ambient light at night!

Great stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. The accommodations were just as described. It’s a short walk to a private beach. Almost everything you could need is right on the strip. We would definitely stay here again.

Short stay

We stayed in the condo for six nights. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had plenty of space. The pools were very nice and enjoyed the beach

Fun in the sun!

Wr had a great time on our trip. Condo was clean and conveniently located to the beach and pool. The pull put couch could definitely use some updating, but other than that an absolutely great trip! Will definitely stay here again.

Great Place

This condo was everything we needed for a week away. The owner was easynto communicate with and answered questions in a timely manner. Would highly recommend. We would definitely stay again. Best part - it is pet friendly!!
