This beautifully updated apartment sits just above the main street of Grand Haven called Washington Ave. It is one block off the channel where Lake Michigan meets Spring Lake and the Grand River. Smell the Restaurants prepare for the day and the shop owners come alive. Have coffee on the corner and enjoy all that Grand Haven has to offer. Walk everywhere, 1 mile to the light house pier. Paradise!

Great Place in a Great Location

The unit is just as advertised. Stocked with everything you need for a short getaway. Easy to get in and out with parking right behind the unit. The location could not be better for downtown Grand Haven. It’s our second time here and we are already planning for next year.

Great Location

This unit is exactly as you see it in the photos. Very comfortable. Great location right in downtown Grand haven. Owner was available when there was a last minute mix up on the door entry code. We're definitely recommend staying here.

Vacation in Michigan

We had a fantastic stay in Michigan. Rental was clean, safe, well appointed close to the downtown area and beach. Check in process was super easy. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Grand Haven Stay

It was a great place to stay right downtown. The place was a little hard to find at first, but we found it. We brought our own bath towels as it seemed like they really wanted you to wash the towels before you left. Isn't that part of what you are paying a cleaning fee for? We would stay there again.

Family Vacation in Grand Haven

The apartment was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It had every amenity we could have asked for. Located in a great place. Very easy to enjoy all the sights and happenings of Grand Haven! We enjoyed our stay to the max!

In a nutshell, exactly what I was looking for!

Looking to possibly retire here from Southern California. Grew up in the Detroit area so I decided to go back to my roots, sort of! Definitely want to be close to Lake Michigan because I love the water. Everything went smoothly and our host Tina could not even more accommodating and darling!

Perfect

The only way to describe this rental is perfect! Immaculately clean, plenty spacious and in the best location in town! The owner was so kind and easy to work with. She also surprised us with early check in and late check out! We have traveled to Grand Haven for the past six years and have stayed at various rentals. Sand suite surpasses them all. We have found our forever rental. This is where we will stay from now on. Do not hesitate to book this property.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful small apartment. It was fun being right down town. Close to beach. My husband and I are 71 so the stairs was a little challenging. But we had our daughter to help carry things upstairs. Perfect size for us to stay in.

Fantastic Stay!

We stayed for 4 nights and LOVED every minute! Location is right on Washington but on the backside of the building so it’s very quiet at night. Very cutely decorated and had everything we needed! Host was incredible kind and very responsive :) We are already looking forward to next year’s stay!

The stay was excellent. Super clean, great location, apartment was spacious. Detailed instructions provided prior to stay. Even though staying downtown, very quiet. Shop owners were so nice around the apartment.

Location location location

Very cool to open your door and be right on Washington Ave. enough said about that. Apartment is cozy. Two bedrooms, but only 1 bathroom. We knew this going in and it all worked out fine. TV’s in all rooms was very convenient. Kitchen has everything needed.

Good location, nice stay

Easy/fast check-in. Location is right in downtown area with lots to do and easy walking to the beach. Apartment was mostly quiet, but if you have little kids I will say that it was very noisy when people would enter/exit the nextdoor unit. Everything was clean, and well-maintained.The host was very responsive when we had a question, and when my son left his favorite hat, she agreed to mail it to us. Overall 5/5 for us

Great family trip

My husband, daughter (age 4) and I stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment is in a great location! Communication was very easy and we appreciated the prompt response when we were unsure of where to park. Would definitely stay here again!
