On the edge of the forest, in a haven of peace that is Les Vallons du Ferret au Canon, this 110 m² villa is ideally located. You will have easy access to the cycle paths, whether to go to the Ocean, the Piraillan market, Cap-Ferret or the beaches of the Arcachon Basin. Only 5 minutes by bike from the shops (Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy ...) and Grand-Piquey (cheesemakers, butchers, bakeries, delicatessen ...).
On the garden level, the villa has a large living room, open and equipped kitchen, all opening onto a pretty covered terrace where you can enjoy the long summer evenings around a barbecue.
