On the edge of the forest, in the peaceful haven of Les Vallons du Ferret au Canon, this 110 mÂČ villa is ideally located. You'll have easy access to cycle paths, whether you're heading to the ocean, the Piraillan market, Cap-Ferret, or the beaches of Arcachon Bay. Just a 5-minute bike ride from shops (Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, etc.) and Grand-Piquey (cheese shops, butchers, bakeries, delicatessen, etc.), you can forget about your car.
On the garden level, the villa features a large living room and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy long summer evenings around a barbecue.
