Enjoy your stay in this cozy newly remodeled lakefront ranch-style home just 15 minutes south of Omaha. Wake up to the beautiful and serene lake right out your back patio and spend your day enjoying the beach area and outdoor patio. At night, you can share drinks around the fire pit. The open living space of this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath makes it the perfect spot to enjoy family and friends.

This vacation rental is stocked with all the extras. The Inside features two bedrooms - Bedroom 1 features a Queen Bed, a large closet, and a 32-inch smart TV and Bedroom 2 features a full-size bed, twin-size bunk beds, a large closet, and a 32-inch smart TV. The dining area seats 8 with an extra sitting area. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, coffee maker, blender, grilling accessories, pots and pans, dinner set for 8, and more. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is stocked with lots of towels. The comfy living room features a couch, loveseat, and 55inch smart tv. The home also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

For your lake needs, we provide LOTS of floaties, toys for playing in the sand, beach towels, a Coleman cooler, and two cruiser bikes! Outdoors we have bags boards, a propane grill (with propane provided), a fire pit, and a patio table/chairs with an umbrella.

Parking is included with 2 spots in front of the garage and 3 spots behind the garage close to the front door.

This charming home has everything you need making it the perfect home to just unpack and enjoy your stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lakefront Cottage! The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The water was perfect for floating, kayaking, and playing all day, and we loved the variety of water toys available. The beach was a little tricky to get down to (it looked like a recent storm may have affected it), but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the lake from sunrise to sunset. A great spot for a relaxing getaway!

The location was awesome. Overall, the cabin was well outfitted. The AC was a bit undesirable, as it required separate portable units for each room. The outlet hoses were cumbersome, as they required a hose to be directed out of a window. The hoses needed to be repaired and resecured in the bedrooms. Overall, they kept the rooms cool enough to sleep. Once again, the location and proximity to the lake were fabulous!

Perfect little nearby getaway! No stress in getting there means relaxation from the first minute! Sweet, rustic cottage with good beds and great kitchen if you plan to cook. We never left. We’d do it again!!

A bit hot

The weather was quite hot during our stay! Around 90 degrees. The house was quite hot and had several free standing air conditioners throughout the house. I do not recall having that information before the stay. Also with several stand up fans for use. It was a bit uncomfortable sleeping with all the noise of the fans and air conditioners to try and keep it cool but we were all still hot. The house itself was cute though and the neighborhood was nice. Communication with owners was great.

Relaxing Stay

Such a relaxing stay! I stayed with my disabled son and our 2 pups. It was great that everything was on one floor and nice and open. Check-in was easy and communication with management was wonderful. There were plenty of extras to use if we wanted. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Perfect spot

Got together with some online friends and met halfway. What a great property. Lake feel but so close to everything. Only regret is it wasnt summer. Well be back!

Nice place, but needs some upkeep

We loved the location but were a little bit disappointed by the property itself. The decor was beautiful, and the overall vibe was nice, but it needed some upkeep. The door to the bathroom would not close easily, and one of my teens was nearly in a panic until I showed her that she could close it if she shoved very hard with her hip. The steps to the small beach area were broken, and there was no handrail. I think the most disappointing thing, however, was that there were individual AC units in each room that kept things cool, but were so loud that it made it difficult to watch TV or have much of a conversation. I contacted the owner and told her that the coffee maker was blinking that it needed descaling, and she said that she would get me the necessary materials but then failed to follow through. It is probably a fair property considering the price, but I think that next time we will spend a little more for an extra bathroom and a central air that functions well.

Lake house vacation

Nice house. It was quiet nice neighborhood. We didn’t see the lake toys until we were leaving though. No beach but still fun to hang out in the water and used the kayak.

Amazing stay!

The location to Phoenix Equestrian Center is perfect! We stayed for a weekend horse show and it was super convenient to run back and forth for chores and the show. Evenings at the fire pit and kayaking were a great way to end the evening. Beds are comfortable as well. All supplies needed were included and saved on packing. Highly recommend, and we will be back!

Disappointing

Poor first impressions colored our long anticipated stay here. Only communication with owner was an email telling us we’d be subjected to fines of up to $1,000 if we violated lake rules, with the same message taped at eye level to the front and rear doors, obscuring the only clear view of the lake. Once inside, we were overwhelmed by the cloying smell of plug in air “fresheners.” Moldy coffee grounds in the drip coffee maker, a spent K-cup in the Kuerig and crusted garbage in the bottom of the garbage can with the unclose-able lid, dusty plastic plants, missing bolts on the patio table, rusted chains and nearly flat tires on the cruiser bikes - hard to feel we were welcome and appreciated guests. Compared to its neighbors, this property is obviously neglected. The lawn is mostly dirt and weeds and a large broken limb hovers over the patio.

Perfect holiday gathering

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving celebration with family members at this property. It was perfect! Great kitchen and dining set up. Really cozy and clean. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Too cold for the lake but we’ll be back again in warmer weather! Thank you so much.

Nice place to stay

I had a lot of trouble signing into Vrbo to double check things such as what to do when leaving. Hope we did everything we were supposed to. The furniture wasn't very comfortable - couch sagged, dining table benches were uncomfortable as they were hard and no backs. Since we played a lot of games, our backs go a little tired. Otherwise, it was well stocked, clean and a great place to sit outside by the lake and visit.

Sunshine and sand

We were looking for a place to get some sunshine and this was perfect. Felt right at home and could have cooked anything if we had brought groceries, but instead went to some local restaurants. The house is clean, new, and smells great! We would come back.

Best place to stay in Omaha! What a view! GORGEOUS place, memories to be made!

Arielle is the dream to work with, she is so helpful, sweet, wonderful, fast, and amazing! She was on everything immediately, and might be an angel. We LOVED the place! So well decorated, modern, and just how you'd dream an Air B&B would be. We went during the snow, and it was neat to see the lake frozen and we had a WHITE CHRISTMAS- score! The area is so nice! We can't wait to go back another time when it's warmer and use the kayaks, bicycles, and firepit. But it is such a gorgeous area! Very kid friendly home, we appreciate that! The view is stunning. Arielle was such a doll and set up a Christmas tree for our stay, how thoughtful! The furniture is very comfortable and not a detail has been forgotten. We had everything we needed to make home cooked meals every night. Amazing water pressure and hot showers, all of the appliances are modern and awesome! Truly a dreamy Air B&B with a view that CAN'T be beat! God bless y'all, we will be back!
