Just finished a complete first floor renovation in June 2022.
Full basement renovation completed in May 2023.
We recently purchased this breathtaking home in the winter of 2020 and are looking to share this joy with other families throughout the year. This home provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to escape from the stressful components of daily living and simply relax while gazing at what can be recognized as, "The Best View of Popponesset Bay". Complete with a private dock and swimming pool, unfathomable adventures are waiting to be had as you can sail the sea with a straight shot to the islands of Marthaâs Vineyard and Nantucket or simply relax at home, drinking your morning coffee in complete serenity on the expansive deck.
