Birthday party

No pool table as pictured. Other game table upstairs. Property owner responsive in a timely manner. More televisions would have been mice.House is beautiful and roomy.

A bunch of small things add up

in a previous review, they mention the upstairs AC is down, that is still the case, now it didnt really get too hot up there and we really were only up there during night so it wasnt too bad, no pool table, the fusball table we didnt dare to touch with how busted up it was and there are what appears to be water stains on the ceiling of the main room, the sofa with the special backs were all missing screws and threatening to fall off the downstairs bathroom door doesnt shut properly, the nieghborhood was sketchy as well, with a homicide a few doors down and a police chase that ended on the street we were on, these things unfortunately add up

Details matter

The upstairs air has issues, the property owner was supposed to send someone out but we never got it below uncomfortably warm and humid. There’s a section of backrest missing on one of the couches, so there’s an exposed steel bar and plate. Also there’s no pool table as pictured.

Great stay

The house was great very accommodating. The lower portion was spacious, my father was using a wheelchair and we were able to get him in with no problem and big for him to get around. Great experience
