Shabby Chic Waterfront living space, minutes to Gulf of Mexico

Welcome to your shabby chic one bedroom one bath living space. This is truly a beachy cottage style place. Just recently renovated from a lower level area to a cool cozy living space that consists of approx. 1000 square feet of living with a beautiful view of the surrounding channel out to the gulf of mexico. The house upstairs is a separate living area that is also rentable. If you have an extended family or a large group of friends that need separate space the upstairs is a 3bed/2bath home with 2700 sq ft living area. I do not rent to two separate parties. So if you are renting the downstairs I Do Not rent the upstairs!! This way you and your party are the only ones to have use of the lanai and pool area. There is a short notice: Being this is a bottom level renovation, the ceilings are short of 7'. So if you are over 6'3" this place may be too short for your liking. The sliding glass door leads you out to a screened lanai that is as big as the living space. There is table and chairs along with lounging chairs for your convenience. And just steps outside of the lanai is a beautiful pool and spa surrounded by a travertine deck with composite decking down to a private dock for your boat or kayak. (We provide the kayaks, there are local rentals for boats nearby.)
For you water enthusiasts, we have 3 kayaks available for your use. Travel around the canals or out to the gulf for some fishing or just enjoy the water life and many varieties of marine and bird life that you may encounter.
The pool has seating within, so when your taking a dip and want to sit and have your beverage, you can. Relax and listen to the waterfall from the spa into the pool. Ahh...feel the calm. There is a pool heater available for the colder months. Please mention you need the heater so we can turn it on for your arrival. Note: the pool and spa run as one unit and cannot be separated when heating. Please note this feature is a $200.00/week charge.
In summary, your view outside is a waterfront paradise, equipped with a gorgeous pool, spa package, travertine decking, and all the amenities of a 5 star resort. Enjoy dolphins, manatee, and exotic bird life right outside your door. Close to major shopping centers. This place is situated on a quiet residential street with the back view facing a beautiful water channel out to the Gulf of Mexico.

Great stay

Loved the place was great. Only problem we had was the whirl pool being cold even though we paid for it to be heated. They made it right by leaving the heater on longer time and it was better but never as warm as pool but we did get used fo it. Loved the place and would rent from them again. They made everything right

My husband and I purchased the property in August of 2020. We have lived in the area for about 40 years. The waterfront community, Gulf Harbors is one of the best areas in Pasco County for the quality of neighborhood, housing , and amenities and offers the best experience of Florida living. We were very happy to find such a beautiful home that has so many updates and with our own home not that far away, we felt that we could offer our guests a great time here in New Port Richey. The fact that we live so close is an added plus as we are hands on in case of any issues or concerns. Plus we keep our boat nearby and love the water so it makes for a great added pleasure.

You cannot find a better location if you are a water lover. This place has all the amenities a person could ever need and then some. The quality of the home and all the added updates just makes it so desirable for everyone. And the upscale community makes for a real secure feel as a local or visitor here. New Port Richey in general is a perfect small feel town with lots of shops and restaurants and just enough to do. However with the proximity of Tampa, Clearwater, or St Petersburg, makes it where the big city bustle is not that far away.

The great benefit of this area is that you are located in a quiet quaint neighborhood, with the big city life just about a 30 to 40 minute drive away.
New Port Richey has a downtown area about 3 miles to the north of your home's location. There is a shopping center 5 minutes away for any of your needs along with many restaurants. Historic Tarpon Springs is a 15 minute drive which boasts a unique Greek cuisine complete with sponge boats and docks. Take a stroll down the streets and visit the unique shops and great restaurants . Nearby is a beautiful public beach, Fred Howard Park. Along with picnic areas it will surely satisfy the sun seekers. It's a 40 minute drive to Tampa International Airport and a 2 hour drive to Orlando and it's theme parks. We are a 30 minute drive to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in Tampa. Tampa is the home of the Tampa Bay Bucs, Super Bowl Champs 2021. Spring training is also held here for the New York Yankees. Hard Rock Casino is also located in Tampa. There are at least 5 public beaches within less than a 40 minute drive. One is Caladesi Island, which has been named in the top 10 beaches in the world. Clearwater beach and Honeymoon Island are two others that are within a 30 minute drive. St Petersburg, another great destination (40 minutes away) hosts the recently opened Pier, along with it's museums and eclectic shops throughout the city center.
With so much to do close or further away , this New Port Richey location has it all for every person. Enjoy the slow pace of Pasco County with the hustle of the city not that far away.
