This ground-floor and dog-friendly condo in a resort-like setting will take your breath away with its stunning private patio, attractive community pools, pickleball court, and spa amenities! This incredible condo has many beautiful upgrades and tasteful decor that celebrates the desert environment and its splendor. A large full open living room equipped with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Roku, a ceiling fan, one sofa, and five armchairs invite you to relax and sit down, while a nice upgraded kitchenette with extra stools and an island beckons you to another gathering area. It also comes equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, crock-pot, and more. You can comfortably prepare a full meal and store the leftovers in the large, French door refrigerator.

The spacious bedroom has a large poster-style bed and plenty of natural light and room to move in, and the bathroom is divided into three main large spaces; including a full-size tub, walk-in shower area, and twin pedestal sinks. It's the perfect spot for couples who want to enjoy and relax in the great outdoors while having a place that is comfortable and stylish in all aspects. A small three-sided gas fireplace mounted in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom adds a warm touch to the room and lights up the space with attractive ambient lighting and warmth in the evening. There is a small desk, in case you brought some pending work with you. The wall-mounted flatscreen TV in front of the bed features a convenient Amazon Firestick.

The St. George area is known for many outdoor activities, famous golf courses, and close proximity to Zion National Park. While on vacation in southern Utah, enjoy a production at Tuachan Amphitheatre, located just eight and a half miles away. You'll be in a secluded location, so if you're in need to get some groceries and goodies, your best and closest option is downtown St. George, less than five and a half miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
