Perfect 4th of July spot

We had a great time in Gulfport! The condo was great had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Fireworks view was amazing from the condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sienna is a very clean, updated, employee friendly, secure condo. However the individual condo we had (702) had very old unmatched furniture, no decor on any wall or in any room, no lamp in spare bedroom, one small lamp in Master bedroom, no lamp in the living room until they brought a old cracked one in. The bedrooms and living room had very old, stretched carpet. No rugs in condo. Outside furniture had table with no top. It was very clean when we got there. The outside pool is not heated so we could not use that. The indoor pool is very nice, steam room nice, hot tub good when it was working. It was down for a month when we were there. Weight room nice. Our kids came for a visit and the grandchildren could not throw balls or toys in the pool. That was disappointing. The TV in the living room was very nice. The beach is beautiful. Condo is centrally located, close to casinos and many good restaurants. Many things to do I. Gulfport and Biloxi area.

Beautiful View but not very clean

The views from the balcony & living room are beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos! The security guards are friendly & extremely helpful. The room sizes & layouts are accurate to the photos. The laundry room near the door is very handy, especially if you've just been to the beach. The full kitchen did not have oven mitts/hot pads, a baking sheet/pizza pan, pizza cutter or a dish drainer (for hand washing the non-dishwasher safe items). Most light switches had a layer of dirt on the underside of the switch. When we arrived we found a bottle cap and a chunk of food on the floor in the kitchen and master bedroom. When the hot tub jets were turned on, out came pieces of dirt. The brace/support in the middle of the bed in the Master is broken and there was what looked like chocolate ice-cream on the bed skirt & the curtain in the Master bedroom. The unit has a nice layout and a beautiful view. However we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit, especially for the price we paid.

Less than expected

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After moving from one suite (1201) to this one (702) the difference in the accommodations were pretty clear. There is not much comforting about this unit - The kitchen is poorly stocked and the pots and pans that are there were broken. Had to purchase many small items (cutting board and sharp knives in particular) just to make it a usable roomLight bulbs throughout the unit - kitchen, living room and bedrooms - were blownHad to get batteries for the TV remotes from the front deskFurniture is dated and worn outTub faucet in the small bathroom is all wonky and hard to operateThe entire unit needs some TLC

Since I know the area, I knew that this location would be convenient to places I wanted to visit(family, friends, restaurants, shops...) My teen daughter was with me and we enjoyed the pool as well as morning walks on the beach. It is easy access to I-10. Only about an hour from New Orleans.Took Beach Blvd/Hwy 90 to visit some cute shops in Bay St. Louis. Enjoyed Po Boys from Lil Rays & Pirates Cove. Lots of parking. Had a good stay.

Worst Experience ever !!

Also have pictures if needed:Thanks Cheryl for all your help. While I have to accept the amount, I was hoping for a least one free night of the 4 nights I stayed. I had no use of balcony for 2 of my 4 nights due to the unbelievable amount of Pigeon pop all over the cushions and deck - could not even walk out there. The balcony is one of main reasons we book a Condo on the beach road to watch the cars at Crusin the Coast. Had to rearrange our plans for friends and dinners at our condo for first 2 nights with no use of balcony. I had no cable box in den for TV the entire stay. Maintenance guys said needed new cable box so we had about 6 channels in total. No entertainment the entire stay in Den.More than half of the lights were out in the bath and kitchen. We replaced the ones in the bath and the ones in the Kitchen had to be we had minimal kitchen lights the entire stay as well.. As an owner of 6 condos in Louisiana and Florida, I can only say that the cleaning crew and management, who should follow up on the cleaning crew to assure the condo is ready for the tenants, did a horrible job. You guys reacted fine and tried to help, but I should never have had to walk into a vacation condo looking like that. All those bulbs did not go out the day before I got there, and the patio was absolutely disgusting, not to mentioned unsafe and toxic. And the Cable box for the TV also likely did not just go out the day I arrived. Someone is not doing their job. Anyway, thanks for the help and attention to help alleviate some of the issues.We have been Crusin the Coast for over 10 years and this was the absolute worst condo experience I have had. There was an Extreme amount of bird feces on balcony in which we could not go out there. Had to get someone to pressure wash it along with patio furniture. The hot tub was broken, several burnt light bulbs, the jacuzzi tub (small) came on by itself in the middle of the night, had to get up and turn it off 3 times, there was food on walls by almost every light switch, the bath rugs were thrown in the closet with hair and eye liner pencil shavings on it from previous guests. The sleeper sofa was broken, they had to bring us air mattress, there was black mold on ceiling in bathroom from upstairs unit plumbing problems, the kitchen blender did not work, there was some dried white substance on the footboard of the bed. This was my first trip to Biloxi and I can say my Last one to this complex. I wish I could post pics so that you can see for yourself.

The location is within reach of shopping and in the middle of Gulfport and Biloxi attractions. You're an hour between Mobile and New Orleans for short excursions. The only constructive feedback is that units are not well insulated from the road noise outside. Aside from that, the amenities are adequate and top of the line. We can't wait to go back.
