everything was great, except the tv channels no cable tv so no local tv channels living tv hard to navigateneed to be signed up for paid subscription tv appsto view anything worth while

Beautiful place

I highly recommend this place. The owners are quick to respond, house is beautiful, and scenery is beautiful also. Everything you need is available on hand. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

The Kings

Unit was awesome with a great view. Host was quick to respond. The staff at the condo were so helpful and friendly they helped make our stay very enjoyable. We hope to stay again in future.

Home away from home!!!

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful condo. Located right by the water, beautifully decorated, very spacious and with all the amenities needed. My kids enjoyed the pool and the closeness to the attractions. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great condo

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. The condo was clean and had everything we needed on hand. It was a comfortable space for hanging out when it was too hot to be outside. The pool area and access to beach across the street was great as well. We'd definitely stay again when visiting the area!

The Condo was well appointed with a great view of the beach and lots of amenities. Easy access to all the beautiful and fun activities on the Coast. We had a very relaxing and fun week and it was great!

Condo 202

The condo itself was absolutely beautiful, very well taken care of and definitely comfortable. The grounds and the views were perfect.However, this is not a family friendly condo complex. The security guard and front desk staff were not welcoming and definitely not willing to allow families to enjoy the pool even when parents were supervising their children. The security guards were intrusive and stalking the cameras so much so that families who had all rented individual condos weren’t even allowed to be together and enjoy the pool area.If the HOA or individual condo owners do not want families to utilize their facilities, then it should be an owner’s only facility and no VRBO rentals allowed. Nowhere on the website does it say that this is not a family friendly Condo setting.Once again, our individual condo owner was very helpful and responded to messages promptly. The condo was perfect and beautiful.

Wonderful Experience!!!

Top priority- security was top notched. Spacious condo, ample supplies, extremely clean, great patio furniture, great host super nice, everything working, plenty of hot water, definitely a five-star rating, or better. Would graciously recommend this condo to anyone.

Home at the beach

Amazing home! Very welcoming, clean & spacious. Loved the ocean view, indoor pool & well stocked home. We had all the dishes, towels, pots & pans that we needed. We will definitely return! All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. Thank you for sharing your home with us….

We loved the condo - we plan on making more trips to the Gulf and hopefully plan to utilize this condo in the future - the only downfall was the cleaning supply smell that was used to clean condo upon arrival - i would use a fresher scent - overall it was an outstanding condo and great stay.

MS World Series Trip

The property is nice. It’s clean, has the things you need. It’s a condo so it is more like a hotel than what we typically rent. The beach is across the road from the condo. That said, we will never stay here again b/c of the rules. If you hold the elevator you could be fined $2000 you can’t throw a ball in the pool. Loud noise etc etc so if you come here with younger kids, they can’t goto the pool b/c they are gonna wanna be kids and it’s a condo so the elevator is a must. Th place doesn’t want Vrbo people. It really wants adult and really adult retirees as residents. This isn’t the owners fault, I’m not bitter or mad about my stay. It’s just not family friendly

Amazing! Will definitely stay again!

We were 3 couples that went for a weekend of baseball and relaxation…we definitely got both!! Condo was PERFECT, Allyson was great in communicating and making sure we were setup for our stay! The pool was great!!! Definitely recommend the host and the property!!
