Property Management is the worst ever

Overall, the condo was really nice. Plenty of room for three adults, nice furnishings and AMAZING views. We saw dolphins eating or playing one morning 😀 You knew you were on vacation when you woke up to that view. The poor review is based solely on the property management company. There were several issues that should be addressed, so this review is for the condo owner and future guests. Well … I wrote a novel and pasted it here, but this app only allows 1,500 words. If the owner would like to know how their beautiful property is being treated, ping me and I’ll provide details, pictures and videos. A few lowlights below - -Horrible check-in -Rude customer service -Fridge and freezer not working upon arrival -Guest shower sprayed up to the ceiling AND over the shower door onto the floor. I guess no one cleaned the shower or they would have known!&$@? -Guest bedroom sheets were DIRTY or STAINED. Who made the bed?!? -The guest bedroom white walls had black scuff marks ALL OVER! -Ceiling fan in living area didn’t work - it only moved due to the A/C vent. Tech said it worked with a tiny remote, but he/we couldn’t find. -Previous posts mentioned the one roll of one ply TP in both bathrooms, so we brought our own. We used their cheap stuff as Kleenex, because there was none in the condo. -Only one light sconce worked in Master Bath If you’re considering renting this condo, I’d make sure there’s a new property mgt company in charge first.

Stay across the hall and pay the extra price. Nira has a clean accessible condo with the same great view. No nasty calls will be made to your phone while you travel there.

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed! Perfect views of the beach, plenty of room, and close to everything. Loved loved loved this place!

Thanksgiving escape

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location. very clean and well loaded home. Only complaint was toilet paper. One on each toilet and it was not enough for five days stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Experience was not what we expected to celebrate my 74th Birthday celebration. The decor was awful, the small gust room had no place to put your clothes in drawers and we had to get the blinds fix in there and the master bedroom. No light in bathroom toilet needed replacing. Sofa was patched in a torn spot.

Beautiful condo

Property was beautiful. Family spent 3-5 hours in the pool daily. Room was very spacious. The only "bad" thing was the room our kids spelt in was hot!!! Bought 2 fans to try to cool it off but wasn't much help. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Best View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous view, well-stocked kitchen, very clean. Sleep number bed was okay but one side didn’t work properly. Had to go buy batteries for the TV remote. The padlocks on too many cabinets were not very welcoming. The modern living room furniture was extremely hard and not very comfortable. Except for those minor issues, we loved our stay.

Beautiful View Great for family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a military family with 2 young boys, 1 & 3, PCSing overseas and needed a place to stay after our items were shipped. Ocean Club was perfect. We had great views, quick walk to the beach, fun in the pool, and were able to use the kitchen to cook our own food. (Eating out is hard as we have lots of food allergies.) Would recommend looking into OC if you are traveling to Biloxi.

This is a Happy Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fun week in a fabulous condo. The condo has a great unobstructed view of the Gulf and because there are no buildings to the side the view to the west also went for miles! Even our one day of rain was delightful. The condo is well equipped and very clean. We were two couples and having a separate shower in each of the bathrooms was important. The bedrooms are far enough apart that the tv being on in one did not disturb the other. The office personnel were very helpful and pleasant as they answered our many questions. Our one problem was a knob on the dryer and they fixed it quickly. The location of the condo is perfect. There is a Walmart Neighborhood market (with wonderful fruit and veggies) just a mile or three to the north. We enjoyed eating dinner at WENTZELS which is nearby; however, our favorite restaurant is STEVE'S MARINA RESTAURANT on the beach in Long Beach which is about 10 miles west (try the fried green tomatoes with crab and ask for the grouper if you do not see it on the menu because it is delicious.) For lunch we liked SNAPPERS where we ate on the deck looking at the Gulf and we four shared a dozen oysters cooked three different ways. Our favorite lunch was at BB's POBOYS AND SEAFOOD RESTAURANT on the south side of HWY 90 in Ocean Springs which is a few miles east of Biloxi = everything is special there! Plan on spending time in Ocean Springs and visit the quaint shopping district and do not miss the Walter Anderson museum. Speaking of museums be sure and visit the OHR museum in Biloxi. Ohr was known as the MAD POTTER OF BILOXI and his work is unique. This is a special vacation place.. a happy place. We did not want to leave.
